Not much, the garden feel is good.

A lot, seriously need refurbishment, renovation, or some refresh to keep competitiveness. The water boiler is very dirty, make sure you check before you boil water.

Clean good location

AC was barely noticeable you can only adjust the fan speed from low to okay now I can feel a breeze but not the temperature. Rooms are very tinyPrice of $8.75 to $ 9.5 for a beer in the adjacent restaurant made us eat somewhere else.

Room direction on opposite to the road.Breakfast was good.Staff in the morning were good.

Staff at arrival, i feel that i disturbed a little bit, may be because i arrived late? (23h00) which matched my written information.

To be honest, we only stayed a night in transit: it is a perfect place as it is very near the highway. The process to check in and check out was very easy and quick and we could get 2 communicating rooms. It has what you need for a night. The parking is free with a lot of parking places. It was the 3rd or 4th time we stayed there. If you do not take the breakfast at the hotel, there is a good " boulangerie" ( bakery) at the roundabout nearby.

Nothing... maybe because our stay was short!

(1) Reception! Really great and informative, welcoming!(2) The rooms are simple but warm and have everything you need - even the TV!(3) Breakfast - very good. Location is good.(4) Electric kettle in each room - we were able to have a hot tea after a long drive. (5) Hot shower!(6) Warm room! In the cold weather this is very valuable.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. There was a kettle with teas, coffee and some cookies. They cleaned and tidied our room even though we only stayed two nights.

We missed the turn into the hotel every time! A big arrow and name of the hotel would really help as it is just a turn across a sidewalk. Also our GPS had trouble finding the exact location.

Everything, close to supermarkets, close to highway ❤️ good service

Only location. It was close to the highway we used. There is a Carefure market nearby and shopping mall when we had chance to eat something as restaurant in hotel were closed. Hotel has free parking but it is not secure parking. There are two petrol stations with cheap price compared to highway.

Our room was, to put it mildly, 'tired'. It looked like a room rented by the hour. The room was actually on the ground floor, but on our side of the building we had a view of the hill - so it was closer to a room on -1. We were only staying there as a fling after 14 hours in the car so we had no high aspirations. There had to be a bed, private bathroom and be clean, So we chose this Hotel network as a safe option. The door had a broken lock, no way to lock from the inside and the room is accessed from the main street. We did not feel safe there. We had bitten ankles and hands in the morning, so we will definitely never go back there again. We left the room a few hours earlier than planned. I regret very much that I chose this offer.

Bed linen was fresh and crisp and fluffy pillows

The bathroom was dated, shower head didn't work properly, dated tiles flooring which looked grubby and were a few beetles crawling around!

Very well situated. Recently redecorated. Nice green area.

Restaurant is more like a canteen. The buffet looks good but tastes insipid. Poor quality wine and red wine much too cold. Although redecorated parts of the building look tired.

Location was easy from the Autostrada. The breakfast was quite good with a lot of variety, fresh, a nice surprise.

Someone was smoking in another room. Both of our rooms (one next to the room and one above the room) began to stink intensivly after smoke some minutes later. We travelled with kids and this was not aceptable. We stood up in the night an decided to leave the hotel. This was not a hotel it was a motel. In our booking app the rooms were described with pictures of new rooms. In reality we recived old rooms with some new furniture. Some kind of fale.

The location is perfect for a stop and go! The beds are very good.The welcome was very pleasant.

It is very easy to find, not far from the motorway and as it was for a stop only, it was really perfect. As the night watchman was sick the manager called us to arrange for the cards... but we finally arrived before he left. Very nice welcome. Perfect for a stop and go! Very good value for money. We will keep it in our top list as we often cross the region.

We have stayed in this Campanile many times and before everything was good. The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom very clean. Very impressed when a cleaner took the large holdall off my husband as he was carrying computers, coats, a couple of other bags and pulling the holdall along behind him and bought it to the room door. Also a female receptionist who also worked in the restaurant at night was delightful.

On entering the bathroom it smelt musty and the bathroom ceiling above the bath needs attention, as indeed does the paintwork in main room and entrance. In the restaurant apart from the buffet I think there were only 6 main dishes, so different from pre covid. During the last 3 weeks we have stayed at 6 hotels in the EU and all now offer a full service. As for the breakfast I do think they are expensive. (Please don’t think I am a cheapskate, in one hotel we stayed in last week the breakfasts were 25€ each but worth every €, in another the breakfast only 5€ but equalled the expensive one, the choice in both was amazing.). Yes I know there is a choice in the Campanile but nothing like the ones we experienced and many people I noticed like me do not take much, me for instance a glass of water, 1 small slice if bread, a teaspoon of jam, butter and a couple spoons of fresh fruit. I appreciate I could had taken more but due to a medical condition I am not allowed to eat much. Even my husband who is allowed to eat everything took little more than me. Sorry for my comments but have to be truthful. In the past I think I have given you a 10.
