Overall, it was okay, like any Ibis, but the bedding and floor in our room smelled terribly of some disinfectant. Even a long airing out didn't help. That should be checked and replaced. The rest was okay.

The heat worked well, the water pressure was good, the towels were clean, and the staff attendant was nice.

The room itself was dismal - almost everything was broken down in some way or another. The bathroom needs urgent renovation- rusty, small shower cabin, old toilet, and nearly broken flusher - basically the type of space where you‘d want to spend as little time as possible. In addition, noise travels in the bathroom and in the room - you could hear other people clearing their throats, among other noises, plus steps, toilets flushing, doors shutting, etc. Despite wearing earplugs, we slept poorly. It felt very outdated - No power outlets by the bed, tiny TV with poorly functioning remote control. There was a smell of sewage near the lobby. The room also smelled like cigarette.

It's a very dirty room.The manager there came and didn't pay attention to us properly, didn't speak to us properly, and was very rude.I've stayed in rooms like this many times, but I've never seen one like this.I would give this a zero rating, but I gave it one because I couldn't give it a 0.

Odour from the underground pipe in the toilet, bathroom is terrible bad. The double decker bed is not stable to sleep. No fan and no AC. Pictures on booking website are not correct.

Good location, close to the motor but also close to the city centre. Restaurants and bar near by. Hotel has large free parking outside and checking in 24h.

Excellent place to stay for a overnight stay, man on reception was excellent and very helpful, choice between 2 rooms both excellent, one we chose had shade the next morning, everything was stop on and absolutely no complaints

The price was good for 1 night and the staff was super helpful.

The place has a lot of maintenance problems:- the door handles failed to lock- bathroom doors do not work- beds too noisy at night- breakfast was not good at all

The guy at reception was extremely welcoming and helpful, he was so professional and helpful.

The room was very small - bumped head on the bunk bead frame several times. Found it difficult to locate the entrance to car park from main road

Price was appropriate; breakfast was ok

The facility is very DATED! Shrubbery desperately needs to be trimmed; there are NO outlets next to bed; no hand towels; paper cups in bathroom were NOT wrapped as new; NO A/C !! Only one small trash can in bathroom; parking lot and stairs need to be CLEANED!! Signage (for turn into parking lot) needs to be LARGER.
