Hotel La Roseraie

Location was great just across a small beach and a long promenade by the water. Staff welcoming and helpful. We were there during the winter so very quiet town with not much to do or restaurants opened if you arrive in the evening and need dinner.

The location is fab, just a nice walk into town and very close to the tourist info.The owner/manager was very helpful and spoke much better english than we did French !!Good value accommodation, defo recommend.

Bathroom was a little basic

Quiet location. Comfortable rooms. Great choice for a continental breakfast.

Bathroom door a small thing but it was a folding plastic door not much privacy And the blue light from the tv which lit up the room overnight

Room had a nice balcony and seating area. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom in bedroom did not have an exterior window so tended to be a bit "whiffy"

Perfect little hotel for our stay. Bedrooms very comfortable and owner was very helpful. Beautiful garden for drinks and continental breakfast. Few minutes walk into the town.

Location was great. I had no pre-existing views about Fouras, but it was a very nice area and we wouldn't hesitate to return.Hotel was welcoming, and parking was just across the road.

Room was small and hotel needs investment.There was a Wi-Fi password at reception, but the network seems to have been replaced by a public Wi-Fi network, so because of its insecurity, we didn't use it at all.Sea view room's sea view was minimal.

Hotel had a very warm and friendly feel to it. position was perfect.

unfortunately we had inconsiderate people in the room above us who seemed to be nocturnal

Lovely hotel, great location, just a shame that the room had cardboard cups and glasses and the breakfast very limited.

Upgrade cardboard cups to glass in rooms. Add more choice to breakfast to compete with other hotels for same price.

Location was great. Room was lovely. Tasteful decor. Great shower.

Nothing other than the soundproofing wasn’t great so could hear people moving around in other rooms.

A lovely hotel close to the town.

Breakfast was quite pricey for essentially bread, no offering of cheese or cold meats etc so went elsewhere.

It's quirky and (can it be a bit?!) charming. Our room was very small but that was my fault - I have a bad back and the booked room was up a fairly steep flight of stairs. But management pulled out the stops and found us a room on the ground floor. Thanks.There are a couple of decent restaurants fairly nearby.

They didn't organise decent long term weather.There was a noisy funfair half a mile away.

We were given a very warm welcome. The hotel is in a quiet location overlooking the beach and has a delightful shady garden where breakfast was served. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable so we enjoyed a good night’s sleep.

Room 20 is up two flights of stairs and I currently have a problem with a knee. The twisting staircase was an issue for me.

The hotel was a lovely family run hotel. I was welcomed and checked in very quickly. I ate there in the evening and for the time I was there I had a very pleasant stay.

It was all good.
