Its location right by the sea side and also close to shops and restaurants. Lovely restaurant where we had a great evening meal and breakfast. Clean and comfortable room with sea view. Private, off road parking. What’s not to like?

Spacious, well-appointed room, with a great view directly across the beach to the sea. Friendly, helpful staff. High class restaurant with fair prices, as well as a less formal bar/bistro option. Location perfect, right on the beach and on the Main Street with a large selection of bars, restaurants etc. Free public parking out of season.

Nothing at all really, although the early morning helicopter landing outside our window was a surprise!

Lovely staff, who upgraded our room to a sea view- which was spectacular.Also love that they have a decent restaurant on site.And amazing location and at a very good price.

The hotel is quite dated, and the feel of the halls, bedrooms and bathrooms (or ours at least) is tired. But for a budget price, this was a perfectly serviceable bargain!

Easy to check in, secure parking, comfortable room and meals - breakfast and dinner - excellent.

View from room was depressing - would definitely book sea view room next time.

A bit run down

All staff were especially friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view to the west over the beach and the sea. The hotel was extremely well located with a choice of good restaurants on site, and a wide choice of shops and bars within easy reach. We really appreciated having a kettle and coffee maker provided. There was a lot of storage space in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a really good choice. Although we did not use it, there is secure parking available if reserved in advance, and at a reasonable price.

The huge TV dominated the table in the room - we didn't switch it on.

It was tired, shower in a bath, no good for the elderly, sealant around bath mouldy, radiator in our room thick with dust, would I stay there again, probably

Location was great. Good restaurant, although bit more choice on the menu would be good. Staff were lovely.

Room was small, bathroom tired and needed updating, shower in bath, and bath quite high to get into, therefore quite unsafe for older people.

Really good staff and excellent restaurant. The bedrooms and en suites need to be upgraded/refurbished as they are dated. Breakfast was basic with limited choices. Location sea views and parking are good.

Hotel needs a refurbishment as it is dated.

Room was very tired. Towels were dirty. Wall light fell off every time the door closed.Communal areas were tired and dirty.

A nice location and excellent restaurant. The bedrooms and ensuites are very basic, but clean. Needs a refurbishment to bring it up to modern standards. Staff are brilliant and very helpful. Sea view and location are great.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the sea view room is superb. The accommodation is well appointed, and the hotel car park is secure. The restaurant has a good choice of freshly cooked food, and the staff are welcoming. We have stayed several times before.

We normally get a small kettle in our room but not here. Although the staff put there selves out to supply us with one.
