Smart decision for the family rooms: rooms are connected by inside doors which can be opened from the one room only.

Would be nice to have some solution for situations when kids are closing doors

Basic hotel for a night. Nothing more nothing less. not a bad restaurant on premises

no elevator to the 2nd floor.. cant possibly qualify as 4 star hotel. Quite noisy due to proximity of the highway.

We had an overnight stay at this hotel and everything was amazing.They are pet friendly, it's close to the highway, has plenty of parking, everything about the room was perfect, good water pressure, great bed, WiFi, cleanliness.We would recommend and stay again!

the room was well maintained, clean and staffs were friendly. The hotel offered pick up and drop service to the Girona airport which was incredible.

The AC was not working, an the bath tub was slight slippery.

Excellent beyond expected customer service! Daniel was so welcoming, attentive and warm even at midnight for me and all guests I observed him checking in before me!

Pick up and drop service to airport. Very friendly staff. Other recreation like pool..Clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

No lunch facility.

The staff was super friendly, the price affordable, the room clean and comfortable, great facilities (like a pool with slightly salty rather than chlorinated water), the location close to the airport with free pick up and drop off. It was perfect for a stopover before heading to the airport.

There is no walkway between the hotel and the airport as it is surrounded by highways. But for people without car this is not a huge issue as they offer the pickup and drop off from and to the airport.

Bed, room decoration, cleanliness, restaurant, and exceedingly good service

The location seemed a bit odd for the hotel... but nonetheless OK as it provided ample tranquility

Really good hotel with comfortable beds. The pool is a nice bonus (pool towels are provided at reception). There is a children's playground on site, in the green area. Free parking is available. 5 minutes by car to the airport.

The facilities are generally fine.

The biggest disappointment was a free transfer. Before arrival, I asked the hotel if they could pick up us from the airport (our flight was at 20:40). I was told to call after landing and that the transfer would be arranged. However, when I called from the airport, the hotel informed me that no transfers were available that evening. This was a very unpleasant experience, as it was impossible to reach the hotel on foot and we were unable to get an Uber or Bolt.

The staff at the reception was irreproachable, very courteous and helpful.

I went to the restaurant at 20:20, was told by a harried maitre d' that they were busy with a group, told to return at 21:00. Upon return I was told by the same person that they were overwhelmed and couldn't take me. I purchased two bags of potato chips for dinner. Not exactly 4-star.The site indicates airport shuttle service. There is none from the airport. Minimum taxi fare 15 Euros. My flight required being at the airport at 06:30. The hotel has not shuttle prior to 07:00. Another 15 Euro taxi.The hotel provides no coffee/tea, instant or otherwise in the room. That is not and has never been 4-star

We stayed in the hotel in order to catch early morning flight from Girona Airport. Very convenient location. Our room smelled on tobacco. We got free upgrade to junior suite. Can't complain.

Facility does not have elevator.

The property was nice, secluded. Gave resort vibe. Staff were good.

I booked the room because of free airport shuttle but turns out it was not available for early and late flights. Staying at Girona would have been the same since buses from Girona to airport or vice versa have longer service hours and are cheaper. The airport is 26mins walk on a highway which was not very safe, so it's better to take taxi where ever you go. There are no public transportation nearby.

A very pleasant hotel. Nice saltwater pool with an outdoor shower nearby. Well-maintained garden. The hotel has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

It was good and very comfortable to stay the night. Price was decent for the night and was close to the airport. Has a free shuttle to the airport to get your bus to your destination

It was spotless, from as soon as you enter the foyer. Very modern simple furniture. Nice bar, and restaurant. Little shop area beside reception where you could buy drinks, chocolate, sweets, crisps, all reasonably priced.Bedrooms were spacious, cosy bed and very comfortable and very clean and nicely decorated room.

Limited food menu, although it was reasonably priced. There was a set menu for €30 for 3 courses.Didn't eat so don't know how portion sizes were. And not really any food selections for kids, unless you had to ask for

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The room was nice and clean. There was a kettle in the closet but no tea bags provided. They didn’t respond to my emails regarding the transfer, but when I called, a lady immediately came to pick us up, which I really appreciated.Unfortunately, the dinner was not good. However, they organized a taxi for us at 4 a.m., and the price was €15.

Very clean and comfortable room. Expensive feel to the bedlinen. Tea making facilities in the room, although only one herbal tea sachet each. Fridge in the room. Very helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. Great choice for breakfast. Safe parking outside the entrance.
