Pros +
- Bugs in the room, got bitten first night we were there. No tea, coffee etc left in room. Not a lot of places to plug things in and have to use the bathroom to boil the kettle. Bed linen had blood on it and was fraying. Floor had coffee marks left on it. Receptionist and cleaners very friendly. It’s ok for a place to stay if you plan to be out all day for a night or 2 but wouldn’t recommend it for a holiday.
- Good
- The rooms are really well designed, you feel at your ease, it's not cozy, you can take a bath and you sleep well.
Cons -
- Cups and tea/coffee in room as before. Appreciate the kettle
- The rooms are accessible only from the outside, you can't open the window, no coffee only a boiler, bad lighting - you may light the whole room inadvertently (via the lamp electric switch close to the bed and the bathroom/WC switch that is outside), only one chair for 2 peoples
- It's minor, but the bed was too low, and it kept moving when my wife and I sat up. We travel with our laptop to do work at times, so we like to comfortably sit up in bed and catch up on work and the bed would move, and we had to get up and push it back in place. From my observation on multiple travels my wife and I notice this and she hates it, it seems a common thing for a few hotels we've stayed at. But the bed itself was reasonably comfy we have no major complaints.

The greetings of the staff at the front desk after hours was a lovely touch to good customer service. I especially liked the standard of the bathroom and how well maintained it was on top of the cleanliness of the room overall.

Location, price.
Bed was uncomfortable.Water stains on ceiling in some places.Quite noisey
BreakfastMirror and lighting in bathroom
Really dirty bedroom floor.Bedroom door was badly damaged aroun the lock.It didn't feel secure. No food or drinks availability outside breakfast hours.Didn't even have water sometimes!
You get for what you pay.
Gloomy location; room is a box (ceiling at 2m20 not more); room interior is run down. We are there at a hot night, so sleeping under the roof with limited ventilation made us move to another hotel. Lesson learned.
It was a great location for a train journey to Paris
I didn't like the fact that the cleaners came into the room while we were away for the day in Paris. All of our belongings and passports were there. We only stayed two nights and there was no need for them to re-make our beds or even enter the room. If there had been a sign to hang on the door saying (do not disturb) it might have alerted us to the fact that the cleaners were going to enter the room. This has actually never happened to us before......
Passable
It was not clean at all, there was no tv remote so I couldn’t watch tv, there was no WiFi in the rooms!
The reviews spoke of noise and truck drivers etc but for me it was very quiet. The room was so clean and hotel looking. Loved it honestly considering the amount
What was so unexpected and I hated it!! Was that there is NO WIFI!!! The receptionist said they don't have WiFi at all which is horrible considering that tourists depend on WiFi for communication. Improve on that please. Also, the tub is sparkly white and clean but very high up and slippery with no support rails. I'm able bodied but had to be very careful of slipping
the staff was friendly and helpful
the cleanness: the room smelled of cigarettes, there were insect. the ground floor rooms are noisy and lack of privacy
Nice room, comfy bed, good clean bathroom and shower
No Wi-Fi connection - a real problem when on a business trip and especially when the problem has been on-going for a while.
An unpleasant disaster. This hotel does not suit for families.
The whole hotel, building, cleaness (too dirty), poor room maintenance, room too noisy. The toiled was dirt, room ceiling with mould, bed lining with dirt stains. Asked for another room and it was on the same level with floor and bathroom dirt. There is no care for those details and the staff reaction was terrible.
A tragedy that should be avoided.
Staff not friendly, room dirt, toilet dirt, bed comfort not ok, hotel too close to the road and room noise isolation is very poor.In summary, if you don't care about cleanness, room noise, comfort, and your money, just book a room in this hotel.
I like the staff Vicky customer service. He offered me one free room if I don't like the double bed. But I said I can manage. He did a friendly service which end up without arguing.
Booked one room with double bed and extra bed. At check-in reception the staff Vicky said no single bed available and we end up with staying in double bed.
cleanliness of my room, bathtub, queen bed,
stuffy room with no ventilation or fan during summer, doors abit hard to lock,
not a great value for money. not worth more than 40eur/night
we paid 150eur/night. the room was not clean, it was two separate beds and the smell in the room was horrible. you enter your room via the outdoor, exactly like in a Premiere Classe or Formule 1. for this price, I was clearly expecting more. on top of that, there is no sound isolation at all.
staff were very helpful and friendly and made the stay a very pleasant and hassle free experience
bathroom walls were a bit dirty, ground floor window had no way of locking partially open on a secure latch for ventilation.
cheap and cheerful. staff very helpful organising taxis.
No air conditioning was a problem during a heatwave. Restaurant not open at the weekend. Rubbish piled up outside not a good look.
terrible service, room below average.
staff was terrible. they were not efficient (one computer and did not make any effort to help the long line waiting), not nice to their clients. the room was minimal.
