Big hotel in a good position near motorway and shops. Staff was very helpful and kind. Perfect for a simple stopover during a trip, but also for a few days visiting the beautiful area. I had a very big room. Good stay, I will come back again.

Bed and facilities are worn, the bathroom would use a refurbishment, air conditioning noisy.

Large room, bath with separate shower. In room fridge. Good location for us on trip up towards Venice. Supermarket opposite. Massage chair in reception ? good stopover point but wouldn't want more than a couple of nights unless you were in area for a reason. Breakfast ok.

Pool was green and not opened up for the season which was a disappointment as we would have liked a couple of hours on sunbed. Ate in restaurant as nothing much else nearby. Disappointed, limited choice, all desserts on menu sold out apart from a cake which was strange as hotel fairly empty.

It is very convenient on he motorway and clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good. We go there every year en route to see friends in Italy.

The staff is cooperative. I asked for adjacent rooms but there was not, the staff was nice to give us one additional room with no extra cost so we stay close to each other.

The staff were friendly, the room was big and the breakfast was great. A great overnight spot.

Bad

Despite having made a reservation for the hotel through booking.com, I encountered a frustrating situation upon my arrival. Unfortunately, the hotel had overbooked its rooms, leaving me without accommodation for my intended stay. It was disheartening to be faced with the unexpected news that I could not stay at the hotel I had carefully chosen and booked.

Room for four.

Noise children running around the hotel, nobody said anything to them to make them stop.

Excellent breakfast

Coffee/tea making facilities in our room would have been an extra touch, but we did have prompt room service.

Wifi no existing on 2nd floor. Bath water runs very slow, looks like they reduced the water pressure, totally rediculasTV could only get one channel

The breakfast Is superb. The hotel is located close to the Val do Chiarna Shopping Mall which is a superb place with a selection of designer shops as well as everyday shops you can no longer find in any Mall in UK and no empty shops!!! Also t you at re right next to the A1 motorway and can so easily get to so many wonderful places.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Facilities are in the process of being improved. Some nice little extra touches were left in the rooms. Ideal for the solo traveller on business.

Clean rooms, big bathroom. Easy to find and accessible car-park.
