Modern style, very spacious room , nice views and friendly staff

There are no AC units only heater

They applied a fraudulent and fraudulent transaction to us.

I stayed at this hotel and they took a 200 franc deposit from me and said it would be deposited after I left the hotel, but I returned to my country and the deposit was still not deposited. They send me a receipt with someone else's card number by e-mail, but I do not have such a card. When I sent them the transaction receipt, they said it was not valid and did not accept it. I could not understand why they sent me a receipt for a transaction that did not belong to me, there is fraud in this business, I do not recommend it at all

Stays direct at ski lift station. Nice breakfast. Clean, well equipped and pleasant room. Coop supermarket and pharmacy are at -1 floor, big parking at -2 floor 15CHF/day, kids playground 15 min walking. Quite around, the road isn't noisy as speed limit in Flims is 30km/h.

Very beautiful modern hotel, with original and cool decorations. The room is spacious, clean, original, comfortable. We had a very nice view on the mountains. Beds were comfy, we had a quiet and peaceful night.The reception has a bar and games, a cinema and popcorn! The spa is beautiful and modern.

The bathroom and toilets are open on the bedroom with clear transparent doors! So we have no privacy when we use the toilets or the shower... Why??Also, the spa is pretty nice, but has no pools whatsoever. It's only hammam and sauna. Too bad!

Only area of improvement is the SPA, where you don't have a cold pool neither blankets outside

The hotel as such is very nice. Excellent location, perfect rooms.

Although we stayed twice at the hotel, there were NO points credited to my "World of Hyatt" card. It was extremely disappointing!In addition, the Restaurant did not meet our expectations...

The buffet breakfast was good but really overpriced for the selection offered.

Our room was a little noisy at night. We could hear people in the room next door.

Location is perfect with also the well-equipped lockers incl. heating for ski boots right next to the ski lift. Apartment Loft had plenty of space for storage.

Even though the apartment loft is part of the 4 star hotel, the expensive accommodation price did not include breakfast nor the use of its wellness area. The hotel itself is generally very dark and doesn't really feel like a 4-star hotel.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel and surrounding infrastructure has been made for its guests convenience. We stayed for short ski holiday and would return to Flims and this hotel in a heartbeat. Special thank you to the receptionist that welcomed us. She was truly wonderful and kind.

Excellent location for skiing. Enjoyed the cinema and Coop being in the same building.

Location, design and service

Very convenient location. Coop and carpark in the same building, really short walk to ski rentals and the gondola. Lovely view on the valley (if you choose rooms on the side facing the valley).

We requested for an extra pillow. This was provided but it wasn't clean. Husband got an eye infection the next morning after sleeping on the pillow, which took over a month to heal.

Very soft and uncomfortable bed, no privacy to toilet and bathroom, low water pressure.

Well, I chose the hotel for the perfect location - huge parking at the cable car for skiing. But the staff was very nice, the room is spacious and designed very well. They also have a cute Japanese restaurant for the dinner and quite nice and modern spa area.

They should really fix the elevator! It's just embarrassing for the new hotel to have such a dumb elevator. Especially since they have two second floors (spa vs ski room) - when you mix them up (not labelled), you have to wait until elevator closes one door, tries to go, realizes it's already at the second floor and opens another door. You spend like 10 sec waiting! It's both hilarious and infuriating.Other than that, not much to say. The room on the sunny side got overhead just from the sun, so without air conditioning (I couldn't find it), it took quite some time with open windows to cool down, and that's winter time (just think this might get really bad in summer, but then maybe they have a central air-conditioning running).

Really great location, very friendly staff and clean rooms

Unfortunately there are only 2 elevators that serve a number of services so there are some long wait times. The pillows in the bed are terribly uncomfortable.

Great location at bottom of slopes. Modern decor in hotel, excellent wellness/sauna area. Two good restaurants. Great staff in bar area.

- the spa was lacking and pool area- the toilet in the room is not private (if your a couple or so not an issue but still notable)
