Hotel-Restaurant Bellevue

Centrally located, close to the main cable car and the Stenna shopping mall. WiFi works fine.

No coffee/tea in the room, and getting some from the restaurant proved nontrivial. Mixed experience with restaurant staff, some are pleasant, others brusk and bossy. Food is edible, but not something I'd come back for. The building is rather old, so sound isolation is not great. Also the

The breakfast was excellent, variety of breads and cheeses, boild eggs, dessert and juices.The stuff were super nicely and kindly and they were very responsive to us! The location is 2 min from the gondola! They have a Ski room.

Great hotel with nice view out of the balcony, close to the bus stop and the main ski lift. Very clean and great set up of the room, very good breakfast, can recommend.

Would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room. And also body lotion, not only soap. Very high price (we were in high season).

We arrived quite late and the staff were a little bit grumpy. We had booked a twin room but it had been made up as a double bed. The staff made me feel like I was asking a big favour getting them to sort it out. They did sort it out but not with much grace

Advertised with 2 restaurants but there was only one, and that was shut on Monday and Tuesday, even in peak season!Not all rooms have been renovated. I had one that had not been with a shower curtain, and it was under a creaky wooden floor where I guess a staff member was staying because they got up at 5.45am each day!

it‘s very well located - very close to zhe skilifts.

compared to the photos on booking.com, our room had very old furniture, no nice view and a mouldy showerhead. but at least the bed was very comfy, which was the most important after a long day of snowboarding.

Renovated and clean rooms. Good WiFi. Knowledgeable team about food allergies. Lots of gluten and lactose-free options for breakfast. Very helpful reception team. Close proximity to Flem Xpress and Arena Express - only 3 minutes on foot. Greatly recommended for keen skiers and snowboarders. A'la carte menu in Bellevue restaurant is great. For sure I will come back.

Super friendly staff. The room is clean and comfortable, great beds. Very nice breakfast. And top location, just steps away from the skilifts.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel-Restaurant Bellevue very much! The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was fantastic with many tasty options and great service. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Guests in adjacent rooms smoking on their balcony so we had to keep the windows closed.

The location of the hotel is superb, ask for rooms with balconies and the scenery is stunning. The breakfast has excellent choices and is available until 10:30. Very good coffee too. Flims is as good for walking (mountain trails and forest walks) as it is for skiing.

Food & Drink is very expensive in Switzerland.

Breakfast offered good range of choices, food was nice. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. Very helpful on the day we left allowing us to shower before we departed, really appreciated that

Best place for pets. They have dog bowls and pillows and towels just for your pets. Super comfortable for everyone.
