The staff at the reception and the pub was very friendly. Location unbeatable in flims, right in front of the lifts. Good and relaxed atmosphere at the pub! Excellent bartenders! :)

The hotel is quite cozy, has an awesome bar downstairs, very nice staff, and unbeatable location, right across the street from the ski gondolas going up the station. The rooms seem to have well thought out designs different from each other, so that’s nice. In the lobby they offer free tea and coffee and have a pool table. The views from the room are amazing, the mountain scenery is just gorgeous!The bar is probably a highlight of the place, as it has a cool snowboard/mountain vibe with nice staff, very tasty drinks and food. Atmosphere is just so good, if you’re into true mountain spirit crowd, zero pretentiousness and very welcoming overall. The ski room and parking garage were very useful to keep our snowboards after the day on the slopes.

The rooms and common areas are a bit run down and were definitely not up to the price we paid for the stay. For context though it was a high season, New Year’s Eve holidays, and the location is indeed hard to beat. But the room was quite cold, which we complained about and they gave us an electric heater which helped the situation, then the shower in the bathroom was lukewarm most of the time, and had very little pressure. The shower water temperature improved only on our last day, when I think they managed to do some major repairs to their heating issue. Anyway, I get that it’s Switzerland, high season and everything is booked out, but honestly for the same price in another place that would be at least 4-star hotel experience with a spa and all the perks.

Such an amazing visit! We were literally across the street from the ski lifts so made our lives super easy. The room was absolutely adorable and we were given one with a beautiful balcony. The staff were exceptionally nice as well and the bar downstairs was great! We will miss Flims and hope to be back one day.

I liked that the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and their bathroom was spacious. They gave me a "guest pass" that I used to have free transportation locally and covered the entrance to some places.

The view from the window is nice. Friendly reception staff. The room is very clean.

Even though I hung the "Do Not Disturb" sign, someone tried to open my room at noon.

The place is a ski hotel with all the amenities you need. Good place with a bar and the bedrooms give a premium ski hotel vibes. Worth the price

Very fun, clean, perfect location and great staff!

Great location! In front of bus stop, mountain gondola and shopping center with coop. Staffs are all kind and helpful. They kept my rucksack before check in and after check out.Room is enough good for this price, private shower and hair dryer. My room has even terrace! No breakfast but there is coffee machine and electric kettle at the reception so that you can enjoy coffee and tea any time. When high season gets started, the price will be different but all in all, it was wonderful stay for me.

Very conveniently located right next to our bus stop - the check-in was smooth and the staff were always very friendly. The room wasn't huge, but it was very well distributed to make it comfortable. We really appreciated having a lot of storage space. Free tea and coffee at reception was a nice touch.

There were no blinds in the room, and the curtains were not blocking all the sun, so after sunrise we had quite a bit of clarity in the room. The pillows are these typical very flat and big Swiss style ones, which are not our favourite. The shower pressure wasn't great.

The location cannot be better and the rooms are surprisingly good for the price. Comfy bed, nice duvet and pillow, and well sized balcony. The bathroom is quite small but it's a budget room and I'm honestly surprised it even has a shower so I'm very pleased! The receptionist was always kind and helpful. They also allowed access to the spa after check out to shower before heading home after skiing.

Spa area was crowded and not closely maintained (lots of used towels around) and quite a few very noisy families.

Perfect location, clean, great value for money

We were a group of 3 families and find this Hostel quite convenient as it ist really near the Gondola. The family rooms where nice and the Staff friendly

They do not serve breakfast. But there is a bakery right at the corner.

Location is prime! Very clean hotel and great staff. Definitely a repeat.

Would be even better with more restaurants around town. It felt a bit empty and lonely at night.
