The excellent grill was a very welcome surprise for dinner - everything that was had from the grill was delicious.

Bathroom a little cramped but at this price in a ski resort you can't expect to have everything chickey mickey.

Very clean, close to lifts, very important that they have a large parking area.

A kettle in the room would be nice.

Great staff, room is cosy and saunas are nice. They have 3 restaurants. Very practical, Bus stop is next to the hotel.

They gave me an upgrade to a room with an amazing view over the mountains and the sauna area was very nice!

Dated rooms but traditional

Very friendly staff, clean, quiet and comfortable room. The location is perfect since there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Everything was very pleasant here!!

The saunas were great but the steam bath had a rather unpleasant smell to it. Wellness area overall was "okay"

The hotel has all conveniences, parking, super close to local buses, 3 very nice restaurants and a sauna area. The room was simple but good. Good price/quality for our room.

The bathroom was really too small, 2 people could not stand in it. In the evening the smell of from the Fondue restaurant fills the staircase and somewhat the room.

I would lile to thank the team for a very successful stay. Great cuisine, friendly staff and sensational breakfast. Sauna even availableI will be back!

This hotel is tall: nice and helpful people at reception, large, quiet and very clean rooms with amazing views to mountains, very good beds and balcony, a rich breakfast and very good meals in the restaurant, which has a beautiful terrasse. The hotel is situated centrally in Flims, by bus - price included- we were in a few minutes to the lake. Thank you a lot for everything!

Wonderful stay, comfortable room, good breakfast, excellent restaurants. Good location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Car park. Everything was perfect. We‘ll be back.

Friendly staff, good sized rooms, location opposite the bus stop, sauna, breakfast, selection of restaurants in the hotel.

Hair dryer could do with a newer model.

Breakfast was very good.Location was a bit far from the lift , a long walk but hardly worth waiting for the bus
