- Location is a convenient 4min walk from the bus stop, with restaurants, cable cars, and shops also within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The sauna was nice to have to relax after an active day. Lots of information, maps, and tips are provided for visiting nearby areas.

- Breakfast was quite basic and lacking variety, but fine for a short stay. Staff is not always at reception, so it’s just something to keep in mind if you have questions or are looking for assistance.
- It is close to the street but not too noisy. The water should be a big hotter (ok for a shower but difficult for a bath).
- Lack of flexibility from the staff, early check out time. Some of the issues we encountered: - When asked if it’s possible to check out at 11 instead of 10:30, the receptionist just answered „it’s not possible“ without even asking for room number and checking it in the system. It’s an unfortunate attitude from the hotel staff. - Upon checking in we were told an underground parking place is added to our booking and can‘t be cancelled although we never asked for underground parking. Worth knowing that the underground parking is not locked and can be accessed by anyone directly from the main street.

Very friendly staff, extraordinary dinner and breakfast, cozy rooms and perfect location for snowboarding at Laax or Flims (bus stop is 2m walking distance)

Comfortable room
The Buffet Dinner was disappointing, especially at the Saturday price!
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to a lot of things like restaurants, shopping stores, and ski lift. The sauna was good and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating, especially Momo. They even let us park our car longer at their parking lot after we checked out just so we could finished our skiing for the day. We would love to come back and stay again.
We booked the hotel last minute as the weather predictions were very good and we wanted to make use of it. Since there were not many accomodations available, we just booked it without any expectations. So we were very positive surprised when we arrived. The room was cosy and clean, the personnel was friendly and helpful, and the location is great! Good value for money.
The breakfast buffet was busy and some things ran out quite early and took a while to be refilled. Otherwise all good!
