Great hotel, great place, very nice staff. Very clean, good price.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The food was exceptional. The wellness facilities were beautiful.The staff were very kind in our anniversary and we got free prosecco a card and some flowers.The bonus was the Salzburg summer card which allowed us to go up on the Gondola and local buses for free. Other discounts were available.

The room was so warm that it was difficult to sleep. It made me feel very stuffy. We had to have both windows open which was a bit noisy in the morning. I don't know if it was because it was directly above the pool. There were no radiators on

the hotel is directly in the center! first hiking paths start right behind the hotel! dinner was chosen as half board- salad buffet - soup plus selection of 3 main courses and dessert!staff was very friendly and helpful!

We do recommend this hotel for your stay in Filzmoos. Our room was very nice, spacious, cosy and comfortable. It was perfectly clean, well prepared for our arrival and equipped with everything we needed during our stay.Location of the hotel is absolutely excellent! Staff was very kind and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel around 7h15 to be on time for our hot air balloon flight but breakfast started at 7h30. Staff offered us to arrive already at 7h00 to have breakfast.Dinners were delicious and rich – soup, salad, main course, dessert! There was a free parking approx. 2 minutes from the hotel. Unfortunately we did not manage to try wellness in the hotel. Hope next time.

Staff in a restaurant - very friendly and helpful. We had half board - large variety of food for breakfast and dinner /salad buffet; soup; main course - 3 choices - meat or fish or vegetarian; dessert). All dishes very tasty. Stylish mountain hotel in a very nice area.

Buffet style breakfast is great and always fresh. Evening meals always outstanding with great choice and fantastic service from friendly staff. After a day out in the mountains the wellness area and pool is just superb.

The only criticism we would have is that the lights from the neighbouring hotels and street lights make the rooms we stayed in very light at night making sleep difficult! This could be easily improved by fitting darker/thicker curtains. We stayed here some 3 years back and had the same problem and made the same comment then but unfortunately nothing has been done. Make the rooms darker and this would be fantastic

Village

The two EXCLUSIVE double rooms we were offered were not what we expected after looking on Booking.com website.The rooms offered to us were very dark and dismal and at the back of the hotel. Very disappointed on arrival. Moved to two lower grade double rooms at front of hotel, but no offer made by hotel to refund the cost difference to us. Staff not obliging on the issue and did not answer email to discuss the issue.. Will not be returning to this hotel. Have stayed in many other hotels in Filzmoos with no problems.
