- The room was very hot so needed to open windows and door to be able to sleep at night. Lacked sound proofing ... door banging and noise from neighbouring rooms. I was charged for tap water at dinner.

Very warm welcome from reception on arrival and all the staff we met were friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We had a large, comfortable and spacious room with wonderful views of the mountains. The pool and spa area were also a really welcome addition to our stay. This is a hotel where you feel that they really care about the guests, and want them to relax and enjoy themselves.
