Pros +
- The staff were amazing and went out of there way to accommodate us! It was very good value for money (so while it wasn't fully modern (spa. room), it was exactly as advertised and expected)
- The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop to Fiesch. With a short ride (3 min) one arrives to the Ski Lift in Fiesch. Breakfast theme was very good with a variety of options and the spa and swimming pool were basically empty during the day. Optimal choice for ski-lovers.
- The beautiful drive to it amazing journey. Location great x lovely property.
Cons -
- It was as expected.
- Without a car, no connection to Fiesch after 7 pm, so not much night life around there
- I booked this hotel because it was a spa hotel ! The spa and pool was closed ! 7 pm In the morning just the pool was open no hot rooms ! Closed. Not good at all. Really disappointed ?

Great staff that was super helpful. We were traveling with a big dog and they accommodated us to have breakfast in a separate area with the dog which was perfect for us.
the facilities are great, sauna, swimming pool, streaming room, fitness. the breakfast is also great and full breakfast line, even we are the only two guests (from what i see)
the location is in the middle of nothing. not too convenient to travel around, you need a car
