Friendly staff. Breakfast with various choices and with the wonderful view of the snowy mountain. Free coffee and tea the entire time. Our wonderful balcony with the perfect view of the snowy mountain. A place i will definitely recommend and we will be back again.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the little patio outside of our room. We loved the variety of food available for breakfast. A quaint, cozy hotel with great staff. Excellent value!

Breakfast selections were very good. The room was comfortable and quiet.

The mechanism to open the blinds on the door to the balcony didn't work so it was difficult to get onto the balcony.

It was a very nice hotel, and the staff very friendly.Lovely view of the Alps and the breakfast was very good and fresh with a large variety of foods to choose from. The staff are very friendly. Love the interior decoration with the vintage ambience!

The rooms are not adequately sound insulated, and there were some inconsiderate guests.

Well located affordable hotel. Plenty of space in the rooms, clean and with all the necessary facilities. Free tea/coffee was a nice touch and breakfast was good.

Amazing selection of breakfast options. Staff went out of their way to provide an early breakfast as we needed to be out the door before it would have normally been available.

Clean, amazing breakfast and comfortable

It is impossible to speak to somebody, nobody answers the phone or email. However everything went well, no people for check-in and no people during check-out.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating despite our late arrival and early departure- they even started the breakfast a little bit earlier so we can take advantage of it. The price-quality ratio was good and location is very practical for a short stay.

There were some insects around the room when we arrived.

Convenient location, short walk from the train station/ gondola. Room was basic but very clean and with the balcony looking at the mountains. The breakfast was excellent!
