Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Basic accommodation, nothing fancy.

The breakfast was a little overpriced and looked disappointing. We decided not to eat breakfast there. The showerhead doesn't have a fitting on the wall.

Nothing. I got provided thw wrong key and had to sleep in the hotel hobby. No compensation was given. Lazy cheats

The room was clean and well kept, and a very comfortable stay

There is a lift. Very quiet area.

No kettle for hot water. Very difficult to reach if you don’t have a car. Restaurants and supermarkets cannot be found within walking distance. Breakfast is very expensive. The male receptionist is somewhat judgmental against Asian.

Rooms don't have a great design, but are decently lit.Not spacious, but OK for a Bussiness Trip.

Bathroom could be cleaner.Too little space to move in the rooms.

The staff that did our check-in was friendly

When we checked in and got our room, the bathroom was dirty. It smelled really bad like urine and when I lifted the toilet seat up, there was piss in the toilet. We went to reception and they changed our room. While we didn't have this problem again, I can't stay the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The bathroom sink was not properly washed, the floor had spots on it. The carpet in the hallway also had plenty of stains on it.The design of the shower is also quite bad, you can't hang the shower head in a way so that the water actually hits you and you have to be very careful when you're washing yourself, otherwise water will leak under the shower doors and all over the bathroom.The room is also quite small and the design of it is pretty bad. There's huge lamps that hang right next to your head when you're in bed, making it impossible to actually use them without them blinding you. The bed is more like a sofa with a memory foam topper on top of it.While there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, it takes you a long time to get into the city, so I think the location is also a disadvantage.Over all, I would not recommend. Very poor quality-price ratio, especially considering this is supposed to be a 3 star hotel.

Bad

As soon as we entered the room we noticed that the bathroom was not clean, moreover there was urine in the toilet. The receptionist changed our room but the toilet was the same, so we changed the room again. Our friends who booked another room had the same problem. Also on our last day there, before the check-out, the cleaning lady burst into our room while we were still there.

It needs new investment actually either towels, hairdryers etc.

The room decor was nice and comfortable.

The shower overflows and leaks water.

Convenience for travelers. Basics, clean.

Parking is limited.

Admittedly I turned up an hour before check in and was told to come back in half an hour, which I thought was fair. I went back 45 minutes later and another staff member without looking said come back at 1500 and carried on with what they were doing.I explained what had already happened and only then did they look. It was like I was putting them out. If your on reception duty then act like you want to be there, even if you don't. In the room description, it said, smart TV and in brackets (things like Netflix) which I thought, cool. It did say smart TV when turned on but other than that there was nothing smart about it.Can't comment on the food as I didn't have an evening meal and was gone before breakfast started.

I was as expected

the föhn did not work. The elevator did not work. And the hotel called 'Messe' was really far away of the Messe

Pleasant

Breakfast room was crowded. No chance to sit down. No in-site restaurant for dinner. Luckily there is a Hilton nearby where you can go for dinner otherwise the location is isolated.

They gave me a different room from what i paid for. I had to go downstairs twice to get the room changed because the second rom they gave they did not clean it. It was left the way the former guest keft it. The previous room was with 2 single beds and the bathroom smelled like sewage.

The receptionisg asked me what country i was from. Dude my country is clearly written on my ID which you have with you. I asked him, "do you even need that information" and he said no. Why did he even ask it?There was no phone in the room to call reception.

Bad

I had problems throughout my entire stay, a horrible experience. First of all, I checked in at 21.00, and the two ladies at the front desk (who did not seem very knowledgeable) took forever to find my reservation claiming they did not have any booking under my name. After more than 20 minutes of wait, they gave me the key to "my" room; tired from the long trip and the wait, I went up and I found the room full of someone else's objects, luckily there was no one in the room so I saved her/him and myself the embarrassment. After I complained about the situation, the two ladies gave me a new room key, this time I went up and it seemed all okay. Finally, I managed to prepare myself to go to sleep and turned off the lights. At approximately 1 AM, while I was in the middle of my sleep, I hear some noises and a stranger unlocked my room and tried to enter. I immediately block him and the poor guy, completely embarrassed, tells me that the front office assigned him to this room and there was no one at the desk to do anything (the front desk goes off at 22.00). I suggested that he go into the lobby and calls the hotel's emergency number. I have never experienced something like this in my life and I stay at hotels at least every week. I went to many Ibis and never did I see such poorly trained and careless staff (I mainly refer to the night-shift ladies, the morning front office, and the F&B guys were always kind). I could go on with other negative comments (did not have my room made the last day - apparently they thought I was checking out the day before) but I believe what I described above should stay as the main topic.

There was no housekeeping in our room when we returned at 7pm after a day of leasure in Munich .I told management and the final response was we will give you clean towels and a free breakfast tomorrow.
