Hotel Kiwano Graz

Loved the fact that this place is very near the main highway. Our room on the ground floor was renovated, fresh, clean. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. In addition, we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. We will stay here again!

Facilities are quite basic (i.e. old carpet even in the premium suite) , also breakfast (maybe because it's out of season) but it all didn't bother us.

Rooms are very basic and the hotel seems more like colleague accommodation than hotel.

It was near the airport, and near the train so we could get to the city in 20 min

The bathroom smelled horribly, we think the smell was from outside but we couldn’t really understand It got very hot and we didn’t get the remote for the acWe had our check out at 12 at they went and knock in our door at 8!!! Really bad really really bad if we didn’t hear the door what would they have done

Smell and overall cleanliness

The bed was comfortable, and the location was good for an en-route stay

The Kiwano is about the restaurant, not the hotel... they say there is a kettle in the room,but there isn't. There was no breakfast, I was told to go and get my morning coffee from a local coffee shop in the morning. (?!?!) You cannot get a coffee in the morning there. At dinner, the waitress was very bossy, I wanted to sit outside, I was rejected as she said no, it's too cold. I only wanted to get a sushi for my son, and I was pushed to go for their buffet dinner instead, which I didn't want. The room seems clean, but the laminated floor wasn't clean at all. The shower head wasn't treated. The bathroom was stinking of wastewater

The lighting in the room is basically non existent, same goes for water pressure if there is any. It’s basically motel room which is incredibly overheated. Very bad

Really nice room with a pleasant spacious bathroom, great staff, we woke up well rested for another day of driving. The hotel is on a quiet road you don't hear the airport at all

All the furniture used, shower dirty and broken, on the bed used back, curtain stick broken..smell from the restaurant in the corridor and room.

Good location close to the main road of Graz. Big elegant room, comfortable bed, snow-white linen and towels, beautiful bathroom, quiet environment. Excellent parking for cars. Friendly staff, warm welcoming.

Cleanliness,I have booked the bigger room for 2 persons. The room has a rug on the floor which i believe since the opening of the hotel isn’t washed out. In the garbage can there was garbage left from previous guests with dog food inside. And the window above the bed was broken and tied up with some plastic rope there for it was very noisy from outside.

The best restaurant ever. Everything is fresh and delicious. You pay once and food is not limited.

It was very clean and very friendly staff with good breakfast.

Didn’t found the heating device. Room was a bit cold.

Outdated furniture, not working fridge

- The economical price to stay at the suburbs in Graz.- Nearby the autobahn and supermarket, Billa. - 15 mins away from the train station to access the Graz Hauptbanhof. The price of the ticket was 3,10 euros for the train and tram for one hour. In the station, there's a ticket vending machine.- The sheets, pillows, blankets, and the bathroom were clean.

- hardly recognised the Kiwano on the road. I made a U-turn after passing.- A strange smell in the corridor.- High pressure on the faucet in the bathroom. It was difficult to control not to spilling out.- I found a small spider at the ceiling at entrance in the room.- the guest parking is next to your window.

Comfortable bed. Easy self check in. Good communication with staff. Free parking near the apartment. Good and easy location.

fridge is not working. a lot of dust around the refrigerator. the shower is a bit old and needs renovation. dust in low visibility areas, air conditioner needs cleaning, there is a lot of dust in it
