No time for breakfast, but the facilities were great, rooms clean and tidy and the staff very hellful and friendly.

It would have been nice to have a bar to relax in at the end of the day

Basic breakfast. No hard boiled eggs, no cake, no pancakes, no cheese (one kind only)

A perfect budget hotel for an overnight, especially in the area of Neuchatel. Nice room in a good condition, neat and tidy. Motorbike parking - another plus.Buffet breakfast is questionable - selection could be more for the price (at least, in Germany it seems to be better).

The staff at the reception was incredibly welcoming. They were so sweet to my dog, that it made everything even better.:) Thank you for that!The room was very spacious, clean and rather modern.

The one thing i really didn't like is that I couldn't open the window at all! which was disturbing when wanted a bit of fresh air.The shower is in the room, but not in a separate bathroom. So this can be weird if you travel with someone who is not your partner :)The breakfast was ok for the extra price, but not sure if I would choose it again as there wasn't a big choice of food.

Great value for money, a great spot if you're on a long drive. Clean, fast check-in and check-out, and beds comfortable.

The location is not the best, unpractical without a car, and for a couple if you want a single bed instead of two you have to pay extra.

Spacious clean room with large windows, air conditioning and a comfortable bed, There was plenty of free parking. The hotel is located at the motorway services but room had good sound insulation so quiet to sleep. Reception staff were efficient and welcoming.

Rooms were comfortable and a good value. The nearby town of Estevayer-le-Lac is a hidden gem!

I wasn’t quite expecting to be staying at a highway service plaza. The showers were also more transparent from the outside than the inside, which would be uncomfortable if you were traveling with someone unrelated to you.

Perfect place to have day trips to the important places like Interlaken, Breinz etc. located on the motorway with pump , mcd and other shops. Best if you have a car.

Conveniently located hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Room was spatious and clean. It was a little bit weird that the shower is in the room not separatly, but we know that. Beds were comfortable.

We hadn’t realised it was the Women’s football Euros, and had struggled to book anywhere. We needed dog friendly, air conditioning and clean. This fulfilled all of those. For a motorways services we had low expectations but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was, hardly any noise, and the surrounding area was beautiful, with a Mountain View and a lovely town nearby to wander through.

Nice hotel, located right next to a French border and the autobhan. The rooms are nicer than usual - quiet, cool looking and overall I'm satisfied.HUGE PLUS: Fast wifi! (Over 250MB/p)

Breakfast was a bit poor, we wanted to eat around 8 or 9 am and there was barely anything left, very slow taking more food out
