the hotel advertised free airport shuttle- i notified them more than 24 hours before I arrived and they said the van was getting serviced. then when I wanted to leave for the airport, they said I had to notify them 24 hours in advance. it seems like there isn't a shuttle and they used excuses to avoid providing the advertised service.more importantly, the room absolutely REEKED of mold. I was happy to finally leave because the smell of mold was killing my lungs. couldn't open the windows without maintenance and the ac can't go higher than 23°c.

very expensive for a very regular accommodation and they promise transfer from airport but isn't available all the time.

The location is quite good between the airport and the city. There war a free airport-pick-up-service.

Two rooms did smell a lot like mold. A thrid room was not smelling as bad. In one room there was a lot of dripping from the air-condition. We had a big puddle on the floor in the morning.

Reliably Ibis accommodations. The restaurant was convenient and the hotel offered a good exchange rate.

Had a musty smell, perhaps a hazard of the tropics. Hotel offers free airport shuttle but only within limited hours that end at 4pm. Hotel not close to anything.

The location as it was not far from the Airport

When you enter the room is full of mold, even the bed sheets were like wet, most probably the air conditioner doesn’t work properly The Hotel has works done, without a notice

Staff are lovely, pool is great ( though no pool furniture) and food is average with meat and vegetables always overcooked but fish is always perfect as is the omelette and tuna sandwich.Good location for businesses.

Ibis Malabo is under repairs and construction works are making it impossible to work in the rooms nor to have a nap in the afternoon. Work start at 9 am and finish at 5 pm Monday to Saturday included. Nights are fine but for business people who come and go, the hotel does not allow to work.

- the breakfast was nice, very standard but lots of options to choose from. - rooms were clean and prepared for our stay. - points for a swimming pool that I was told can be used 24h- great AC in the room

- The price was disproportionately high. Ibis is considered a budget-friendly option in most cities, but here it is not the case- Staff was unfriendly and standoffish, if you are used to a European standard of customer service you will be disappointed- unpleasant and musty smell in the corridors

I really loved it. the location, food and wifi was amazing. The facilities were great.

The staff were not so welcoming, perhaps its the language barrier. also, I was over charged for my stay....?

Good location for work engagements with the government. Breakfast also quite ample.

Rooms very small with windows that cannot be opened to let in fresh air. Cleaning staff did not wear anti-Covid masks, and washed shower equipment in unhygienic way in sink next to personal bathroom items. Wifi was not strong outside of the lobby area.

The stuff was very kind from the moment I checked in. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was closed to my job and it was easy to commute without having to pay much for taxi.

It has no gym and a little bit pricey for my budget but if people can afford it that shouldn’t be a problem.

The breakfast was nice but it often required finding a staff member to make eggs. The opening time was 06:30 but often by 7 nothing would be out.

The internet was bellow 1 Mgps and often non-effective. Their was no AC in the building save for your own room. Dinning was very hot both indoors and outdoors.

LOCATION IS GOOD, BREAKFAST WAS OK AS I AM A VEGITARIAN AND COULD MANAGE.BUT STAFF IS LOOKS UNCONCERNED.

MANY THINGS COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. THERE IS HARDLY ANY VALUE FOR MONEY TAKEN. NO TEA ARRANGEMENT IN ROOM. VERY MINIMAL FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE.
