The hotel is new and well-maintained, with modern, clean, and nicely designed rooms. The bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and genuinely tries to be helpful. There are several restaurants in the complex, which is convenient. The location is decent, and reaching Alsancak and the main nightlife or dining areas only requires a short, inexpensive taxi ride.

The biggest issue is the air conditioning. The system is centralized, and the room remote is essentially useless. During winter, it only blows hot air regardless of the settings. The only way to get cooler air is by opening the windows, which is unreasonable for a hotel of this standard. Climate control should work properly without forcing guests to sleep with windows open. This significantly impacts comfort and the overall experience.

A nice variety of local and European dishes. I would suggest trying all the local delicacies.

A lot of construction going on next to the hotel, so a little noisy and very dusty. But I know that's only temporary and not the hotel's fault.

The rooms were okay and location was fine as well.

This is a ‘select service’ hotel which means they don’t collect your luggage or don’t have valet parking. Valet parking is a big issue here because its located in a commercial area. Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families as there are some restaurants/clubs under the hotel where there is loud music noise till late night and the same people visit those or nearby clubs and stay at the hotel.

Cleanliness.

No proper english speaking person. No guidance to tourist. No aircon even hotel advertise aircon. When we enquired we were told aircon is turned off in winter. We found room extremely hot and humid. Had to sleep with door to patio open which we did not like as increased noise from outside disturbed our sleep.

So nice and clean, the staff is really kind and helpful. They try their best to provide our requests.Hotel food is also nice and tasty.You can it in the restaurant and also you can order to your room.Air conditioning is working so well.Our room had a balcony. I didn't know why in the booking they wrote everywhere they don't have it. I think they need to update this mistake.Because they have nice and big balcony.You can find iron and safe boxes, desks, and chairs, some small refrigerator, kettle,The shower was also so nice and clean inside that you have shampoo, condition, and bodywash.They gave you towels and soup and a toothbrush and toothpaste and many more.Close to Hotel you can find some cafe and restaurants and also pharmacy and also market in 4 min walking. And the pump is so close to the hotel.The small shopping center is close to the hotel.We asked for crib for our son, and they prepared it before we arrived, that one so good.Check-in and check-out were really so fast.Totally hotel so nice and clean. Really 4 start hotell. Our room had see views and so fantastic view we had.If I go for a holiday to Izmir in the future, I will visit them again.

It's just a little hard to find Park palce for a car during working time in a weekday.They don't have private parking, but near there was the parking. If they had free space, you could park and give the ticket to the hotel for stamps, and you park there for free.

Breakfast was OK but below expectation. The staff was not that friendly as is expected of Four Star - and specially carrying Sheraton name on it.

Staff's curtsy did not meet the expectation and it was also reported to the GM.

No wow effect

Rooms extremely small. We booked four points Sheraton and landed at Marriott Bonvoy with Ibis quality! Car park was full so we had difficulties to find a lot for the car. The reception were not helpful. No breakfast included at that room price a bit unusual for Turkey.No Lounge, only a small breakfast area was available.

This is the good hotel close to my company's office. Overall, decent hotel - clean room, good breakfast (more Turkish style than European, but that's Turkiye). Big balcony, fi someone wants to go outside :) Restaurants around to stop by.

Air conditioning did not work, and ventilation was not very good - so, balcony helped to ventilate the room.When I booked the room, there was a question, am I interested in free airport shuttle - i responded yes, but this was ignored. I don't know is it Booking.com problem, or hotel problem, but from the Booking site I could not send a message to the property - and my complain about this to Booking.com service remained ignored.

Terrible disappointment with Four Points by Sheraton Izmir's customer service and attitude. We were given the wrong info (cost-related) for a tour we signed up upon check-in. For English-speaking users, please be aware that there is only ONE staff who was able to communicate in basic English (this is important if you are signing up for anything or require *any* information). We ended up paying *double* of what was agreed. In cash. I followed up with an email requesting that they look into the incident but there was no sincere effort to address my concerns and provide appropriate compensation. We were just told that the info they gave was correct and no efforts on their end to share how the case was investigated or a follow up. Highly disappointing for such a reputable brand.

Hotel is nice, tidy and clean. rooms are big with lovely balcony. staff is very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend the place. Stayed there for two nights and were very pleased.
