Ridiculous

I booked and paid in advance for 4 rooms for my colleagues and I, letting the hotel know that we would arrive around midnight. When I went into my room, there was someone else already there! I was then told that there were no rooms available, and the only option was to stay in a room with one of my colleagues. I tried to ask for the manager on several occasions during my stay, and they never appeared or called me back. I appreciate the apology card that was left in my room the day after, but I can't really look past the fact that I was able to walk in freely into someone else's room, meaning there is no control over bookings or privacy, and that I had booked a room that wasn't there, without any offer from the staff at reception of finding me alternative accommodation. The room was mysteriously ready before 9am the day after...The lunch service was also a very odd experience, with the waiter taking the menus away without actually taking our order and then coming back to take the order for only half of the table...

Breakfast was good and at least one staff person was helpful, Aslıhan.

We booked two separate reservations about a week apart, and on our second stay, the management hard locked our air conditioners to not go below 24°C. When we asked them to fix it, they lied to us and said they weren’t able to get them lower than 24°. On the previous day, they went down lower (19° or 20°) and even later that evening, a different staff person agreed to lower the limit in their management software and turned them down to 22°. The hotel was also very disorganized in assigning us to our rooms… And didn’t have people in the correct rooms with the correct number of beds. They apparently hadn’t properly checked out previous guests and we weren’t able to check into our rooms. There were several administrative mishaps like this.

All the staff were very courteous and we were taken care very well during the stay.

It Is A Good Stay For Someone Who Needs More Than 1 Sort Of Transportation, Great Hotel With Great Rooms, Very Compact,And Most Importantly Very Clean.

Only If They Create A Pool Would Be Perfect.

Breakfast is good.The staff are friendly and smiling.Cleaning ladies are super helpful. Room was super clean. Free parking lot is good opportinuity.

We stayed as a couple, and the room we were given had two single beds pushed together to form a double bed. However, the constant gap in the middle made it quite uncomfortable. Since we were staying for only three nights, we didn’t want the hassle of moving our belongings and therefore didn’t request a room change. Still, we were not satisfied with this arrangement.

Wifi didn’t work. There is a system where you enter your room number and birthday, but this didn’t work. Staff helped to set up…with different room number and different birthday. Such an essential service shouldn’t be so buggy.Dinner at the hotel restaurant was mediocre.

Staff not helpful. I book room for 2 adults under my name and staff argue with me it is for one person which force me to pay an extra for the second person. Also give me bad location because I reserve through booking.com which is not working in turky

Nice hotel, new building with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Free parking available. Restaurant open till 22:30 and 7/24 room service. Staff is very kind and available.

Breakfast ends at 10:00, no 1 minute more. Since 9:30 breakfast refills are stopped.

Excellent hotel, and we had a lovely stay. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Great location, and the breakfast was very good.

There's nothing to mention. Maybe a swimming pool would be a cherry on the cake ?

The Hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good as well. The location of the hotel is very good. We hired a car and it is easy to park and getting every where is very quick and pretty much near to places.
