Garden Playanatural - Adults Only

The property has a superb view over the pool and and the sea , very quiet area great place to relax well away from restaurant , pub , bar , street . The restaurant buffet on breakfast and diner and lot of options to chose on, I use the spa facilities it was very quiet only because it was chargeable at € . The pool area was very busy everyday but not many guest in the water as it very cold .

The pool was not accessible past 8P. It was disappointing for adults only facilities and no pool towels.

Staff are always complaining about their work schedules. You’re sitting and listening to their conversations at the bar, cafe, restaurant, front desk… always complaining.

Gym - Could be more equipped and should have one of those water distributors inside the room. There are many in the resort but not one in the vicinity of the gym.Drinks/Beverages - We choose the options with all meals included, but not the all inclusive. We did not know that the drinks during the meals were not included in the price, which was surprising.Meals - The desserts were a bit disappointing; it was mainly mousses.Spa - It would have been nice if the spa area was accessible by all guests, independently of the holiday pack purchased.Lack of ATM in the resort or in its vicinity. We could only find one, which did not work, down in the village.

We had a lovely room with a good size balcony overlooking the pools. There were two beautiful swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds and a bar for drinks. The staff worked hard to ensure that the guests enjoyed their stay, and whilst we didn't take part there were several activities organised each day - for example culinary demonstrations or fitness. The evening entertainment started quite late in the evening and was always in Spanish which could be an issue for some people, however we chose this hotel because we wanted a 'Spanish' holiday so it was absolutely fine for us.

The hotel was right on the edge of the town and other than a supermarket at the end of the road, it was a long walk to any shops or restaurants. The food was fine and the staff worked really hard. Because it was a buffet the food was often cold, there was however a microwave so we tended to use that.

Fantastic location on the coast.Room simplistic and comfortable. Staff Friendly and efficient.Large property with lovely swimming pools that were sparkling.Canteen really busy and buzzing with hungry guests and the noise of crockery been cleared away.Food regular buffet offering.Water machine on room floor was great .

The Food in general left a lot to be desired and considering the location a definite lack of Fresh Fish and Seafood

The food was amazing!! I’ve traveled to some places and had never stayed in a hotel with so many diversity and quality in this regard, a real banquet! The only thing missing was more red meat options, otherwise it was perfect.In general the reception, room service, bars, pools, etc, was really good. It certainly exceeded our expectations.

The outdoor beds are a bit expensive, not to mention the advertising that is done in the photos but no information about the conditional access, we have to pay €25 to use them

Everything ? The perfect breakfast, everything fresh and made to order. The wonderful staff are always happy and cheerful.

Nice view to the sea, 2 nice open air swimming pools, gym and inside pool. Big climatised bedrooms, comfortable beds. Early check in and late check out. Some nice shows after dinner and some activities during the day, like games and walks. Excellent wifi in all the facilities

Things that could improve: the food (variety and quality). Some shows in the evening were homemade but lack quality and the staff, although nice, couldn't communicate very well with foreign guests. The rooms were poorly cleaned. The staff at the restaurant were shouting to each other from one point to another. So, summarising, the hotel needs to focus on details because it's leveled as a 3 stars, not a 4 star hotel

Lack of poolside service and poorly staffed pool bar. Staff were very stressed and over worked leading to poor service.

Excellent value accommodation. Our room and bathroom were spacious and attractively decorated. Lunch snack at poolside bar and buffet evening meal in dining room were very good. Breakfast offered plenty of choices except for cereals. Fruit juices were too sweet. Would stay again.

First room had mold on the ceiling, second room smelled like cigarettes smoke. Lunch food was also cold. Staff was nice. We can't rate the rest because we left on the same day

Everything was exceptional. The room size, the facilities and specially the breakfast.

The entertainment was 3rd rate and very noisy as the stage was right outside most of the rooms. We had to close the terrace doors and curtains and put ear plugs in. We didn't have the opportunity to sit quietly on our room terrace & chill with a wine and watch the sun set & sea view. We had to queue for a drink at the bar . Unheard of !!! Lack of staff..No waiter service on the bar terrace / pool bar. No lounge to relax in just the odd sofa in the corridors. No hot plates for hot food which wasn't hot.!

the view from the room on the pool and sea. the king size bed and the comfort was amazing. not a lot of people so that was like a private hotel. the Experience staff is amazing also and very friendly.

The fact that we need to scan everything with our phone because everywhere it’s QR code… in holidays we don’t use our phone so maybe put the drinks menu on the Bar and also Pool Bar and the restaurant.
