The holiday weekend was crowded.

The pool is well kept clean and tidy lovely to relax around . Our room had a very comfortable bed and nice views we took our own travel kettle to make tea.The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

We will make the comment that some sort of simple divides around the dinning room breaking up large areas of tables would help with the rush and manic walking around by clients staying , to collect their breakfasts , simply it needs more relaxing dinning experience for buffet dinning.(The lounge bar has exactly this configuration)

This was the finest booking EVER in my five years of using Booking.com. The night marked the 7th night of a Spanish road trip and I booked in hopes of finding stay-in comfort for the night. It exceeded my hopes and would easily earn six stars in every category if available. And it came with an exceptional breakfast buffet!

It is very large and a bit confusing because the ground floor checkin is actually the 5th floor

Great location for enjoying El Rompido. Rooms are a good size and very clean.

Would have preferred:Although we had a lovely room it was at the far end of the building which was not so good for us as my husband had hurt his knee! Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.Parts of the building smelt 'musty'

Indoor pool was great as was the Spa. The buffet dinner was fantastic, loads of choice of a very high standard. Reception desk were always friendly and helpful.

Outdoor pool was closed although we were aware of this prior to travel.

Clean, comfortable room. We were there in off-season, so also very quiet (which we didn't mind at all).

Food was mediocre and not very hot.

Perfect location and the range of breakfast items was superb. The staff were very friendly and happy. Vast complex nice and close to the village.

free return boat tickets to the beach, outdoor pool was still open and indoor pool was a great bonus.

Amazing views. Big comfy beds. Small ferry boat to the beach. Garden with beautiful trees. Decent hotel fitness. Kind staff. Overall a great place to relax for a few days.

Little veggie options at dinner buffet.

The food at the hotel was excellent. Great choice and high quality. The room was comfortable but together with the bathroom needs a bit of modernisation. The pools and facilities were excellent. The staff were all pleasant and very obliging. The Entertainment team were excellent - full of energy and very engaging with all age groups.

The bedroom and bathroom were a bit tired. Need a bit of modernisation.

The staff was very friendly. And the hotel is 100% family friendly.

What we disliked the most was the ac in the room. Impossible to set up the right temperature with those old controls.

Great location. Lovely gardens. Outside very well maintained.

We went in early July and it was like a kids club. Great if you have kids. Not so good if you don’t. There is an adults only pool which was good. The room was very dated and in need to redecoration and maintenance. No toiletries. Very basic. You have to pay to park which is a bit much when it’s €200 a night. Staff ok but not overly helpful. Shame as it couldn’t be way better

food on the buffet was always hot, unusual for hotel buffet, a lot of choice.Room very clean, if a little tired. Our room was really quiet.

That the hotel was not on the beach but a boat ride away. The bathroom had a shower over the bath, it was really slippery when showering

Clean was very poor, TV mal function and 1 of the rooms of our group had the frige empty
