Precise Resort El Rompido-The Hotel

Room was nice and comfortable. It's not terrible value for money.

They keycard reader for the bedroom worked 30% of the time, every time we went to the spa we always had to go to the reception to get it rewritten. For a 5* Hotel there is a lot of repairs needed, specially in the hallways and some common areas. The staff are a bit hit and miss some wonderful others treat you like you are bothering them and you should just leave them alone, when you just need help or service.

The location is great, near the beach and the town. Also, the room is okay and beautiful except for the room TV.

The room TV was very small (it was less than 32 inches) and old, very uncomfortable for getting distracted before going to sleep.

Lovely spacious room. Good quality breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a small grocery store on the property if you want to have some food or drink items available in your room.

Ratther remote location. No public transportation available during low season.

The hotel has all the amenities of a 5 star hotel but the rooms need to be updated. . The staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is delicious.

The hotel room wooden furniture and bathroom are a bit tired and need renovation.The shower and sinks have dirty grout which is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel

The breakfast and indeed all the meals were well chosen - a good variety and extremely well cooked. The location was quite so ideal for us with natural surroundings.

Big room and big comfortable bed. It really felt like a 5 star hotel (but there are better ones). Good breakfast, which was included. Very nice landscape around the hotel. Helpful staff at the reception. I liked the free dried fruits in the room. Very nice ceiling over the reception area. Overall beautiful site. I would stay there again, if the price is right.

My room and balcony was in the shadow almost all day long. The room needs some updates, e.g. there was no water cooker in the room and I could barely get my 15" laptop in the safe.

The location is great wether you like golf or not. There are many walks along the coast. Going into El Rompido there are so many restaurants to chose from.Our hotel room was one of the quietest rooms we have ever stayed in, on the 3rd floor with great views.If you do like a golfing break the facilities and both courses are great. We stayed for 6 days in 2024 and will definitely re visit. Always go for the half board option, there are not many eating establishments within walking distance.

We were disappointed with the buffet food both at breakfast and at evening meal. As our stay was over Christmas for 3 days there was no food or entertainment to reflect the festive period . Not a great selection and it was just warm .

Quiet location in the middle of two golf courses

The buffet at the restaurant was really bad so we passed on it, but even the menu was not good.

it was nice for Christmas. they gave us dinner and breakfast. staff was hard working.

Staff, location, pool and facilities are all very good.

Room maybe getting a little tired but still good value for the price. There is good variety of food in the restaurant but not always to our taste.

The Superior room overlooking the pool was beautiful and the facilities were all very good. We have stayed here a few times for golf but this time used the spa facilities for the first time and they were also really nice

There was nothing I didn’t like

The location near the marshes was so enchanting. Helpful and staff at the front desk. Great food in the restaurant. One of, if not the, best desserts selection and quality night on night I’ve had in a hotel. Some of the cakes I still dream about to this day and we stayed some months ago. Good gym.

The indoor swimming pool was a bit funny with the caps, and a bit dated. Not entirely friendly staff there.

There was a slight problem with the room at first which wasn't properly taken care of. However, the hotel did their best to sort it out and they were great at it. So, just a minor thing!

Pool and location. Free transport to/from El Rompido and to beach.

We requested a double bed and when we arrived the informed us there was only singles... then we had already sent an email requesting a spa reservation and when we arrived they told us there was no space then just to top it off our garden view room was nect to the bins and kitchen entrance so noise and smell was an issue.... in the end they upgraded us which first we had to pay but eventually after later conversation they did for free well all I can say we got no sleep there was a party at there golf club until 5 am and we didn't sleep at all .... we travel alot to rest on our days off and after this I'm really tired and disappointed
