Very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Room was a decent size.

Not really their fault, but I was there at a time of high temperatures so the room was hot and stuffy through my whole stay and I didn't sleep very well. The window/balcony door did open fully (which isn't often the case these days) but that didn't seem to help much.

My family had 3 rooms with a balcony we could all use. The view of the mountains was fabulous. We enjoyed a swim in the pool. The children liked the chickens, the witches play house and the lawn to play on. Breakfast was good. We walked 1 minute to an Italian restaurant for dinner.

Nice location - quite place near mountains, very clean and cosy. It was very nice to sleep with open windows in nature.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a wide variety, including fish and vegi options. Large balcony to the east, so delightfully shady when too warm in afternoon. The guest card gave us free entrance to Kufstein tourist facilities.

The bathroom was extremely compact.

Great service, comfortable room, fast wi-fi, and delicious breakfast. Everything one needs for a pleasant business trip.

Great location, in a valley in the foothills of the Alps, less than 10km from the nearest train station. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and emphasis on locally produced food.

Very hot at night, no fly screens or air con in the rooms

Great breakfast with fresh eggs from their backyards chickens. They were also very entertaining to watch while relaxing on the balcony. Incredible view of the mountains. Very friendly staff. Nice location, quiet for a good night of sleep.

The only thing that wasn't great was the water pressure in the shower, but everything else was perfect.

Fantastic hotel! Romantic and scenic location with lovely day hikes around it. Amazing, friendly staff (thanks for all the help!), and an excellent breakfast. Spa is also newly renovated with a fantastic view. Highly recommend and will be back!

Breakfast was fine & staff were friendly.

Our small dog wasn't allowed into the breakfast area despite it being advertised as a dog friendly hotel, only possible outside on the terracebut it rained or was wet on two mornings. No coffee or tea facitities in the room. Interior of hotel was a bit dated or was that just typical Austrian? Bar was shut very early.
