Apart Hotel Central Razgrad

Being central

It is very cold in December, the air conditioning is not enough to heat the room.

This hotel is centrally located with easy access to a nice grocery store.

The description on Booking.com indicated that breakfast was included. However we found out upon arrival that there was no breakfast and the restaurant was closed. Some prior warning would have been appreciate so TF so by

Good place to stay if you happen to visit Razgrad. Spacious room, good breakfast.

The shower cabin was a bit wobbly, loose door.

Location

Bed wasn't comfortable and in the morning there was no hot water, aparenrly many rooms were trying to have a shower and not hot water was coming out the tap.

The Staff where amazing, polite, friendly and helpful Room was large and clean, with ACBed mattress was firm and supportive Good range of tv channels on tv Breakfast was tasty Free 1st come 1st served parking outside the hotel

It was so clean

Breakfast could be better. We needed a water cooker in the room but it wasn’t.

Very nice hotel. People at the reception are very kind and polite persons. Lady at the reception speaks fluent english so it was very easy to communicate with her and her colleagues. Rooms are big and comfort and most important very clean. Beds are very comfortable so the sleep was nice. Food was very good, we had various types of food to eat for breakfast.All recommondations for everyone to stay at this hotel! ??

This is definitely a price performance hotel in the center of Razgrad with a walking distance to everything. The room was very spacious, and there was a mid-size refrigerator and renewed A/C. The bed was comfortable, and sheets were clean. The breakfast was very good, and ladies serving were super nice.

The furniture in the room was very old but OK. Just don't expect a stylish room. Also, the room could be cleaned in a better way, but yet again, it was OK.

Breakfast was only Bulgarian food, no western food

I start feeling good right from the reception area where I met administrator Gabriela who helped me with a charger for my laptop as mine charger was accidentally left at home. Breakfast was delicious. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel room was excellent.

I liked that we had enough heat in winter time and that everything was clean. They changed my room right away from double to twin as I booked twin and they intended to give me a double in the begining as the reception was crazy due to blocked roads.

The water was not hot enough, but in their defence the hotel was very crowded. When we checked out the receptionist spoke no English whatsoever.The snow was everywhere, I understand that it was imposible to clean parking spaces, but an alley from the cars to the hotel could have been easily cleaned.

Really clean place, friendly staff and amazing traditional Bulgarian breakfast. I recommend the hotel! And perfect location, you don’t need a car at all, is exactly at the center of the city.

My wife is pregnant and the staff was very helpful. Thank you for that. The rooms were clean and equiped with airconditioning and refrigerator. I also liked the central location.

The staff is very friendly, although i left very early in the morning before the breakfast they still offered me coffee which i found very genuine
