- The water park is great and above all expectations, staff is nice and very helpful. We took breakfast and dinner, which is diverse and tasty, fresh food all the timeRoom for 4 is big and comfortable, they gave us extra bed without any charge Facility is great with pools for summer and winterThe landscape is amazing and there are lots of green fields
- The buffet was various each day diffrrent and everything tasty. Our double room was big and spacious. Rooms are nicer than the rest of the hotel. Don't get scared from the initial looks when you enter the hotel. Staff was always friendly and helped when needed. The Waterpark is straight outside the hotel basically. And the parking is also in front of the hotel and free. The Waterpark is not part of the hotel, but was the best of our stay. Would return to this place but perhaps choose the caravan houses and cook our own meals.
- The room was renovated, ans its good size.
Cons -
- Beds weren't comfortable, I recommend them to buy harder and new mattresses. For the breakfast, the coffee we had to buy from the bar to have something remotely drinkable, the free coffee from the buffet is undrinkable, being something so important for many people, it was sad to see. I recommend management to buy few Jura coffee machines for restaurant use, it will make customers very happy and it will solve this problem very easily. To have a coffee in normal condition is very basic and hotels with much lower level have automatic coffee machines available for breakfast that makes a decent coffee. For dinner, drinks have to be bought, and obviously for terrible prices. We made the mistake just the first dinner, the rest of the days we ordered still water. That the spa section and saunas are separate and need payment, paying for the biggest possible room with breakfast and dinner, I would have expected that the saunas will also be available to us for no extra charge, but that wasn't the case. I think belonging to the hotel complex, it's better to make one price and that's it, inside the hotel to have services at extra charge seems inconvenient to me. You access pools and gym for free but not the saunas? It's simply seems wrongly organized. They also should keep reforming the outside and entrance halls to match the redesign of the rooms. Any parts that are of wood look very outdated and decreases the overall feeling, so I recommend them working on that as it shouldn't break the bank. The hotel was also full of children, they could have a proper playground on the premises, it's huge but just grass and trees. A lot of possibilities there, a small football pitch and playground would be amazing at the hotel. ?
- I was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. The bathroom in the room was in poor condition, and the shampoo was provided in an impractical stick package — nearly impossible to open while taking a bath. The spa zone was underwhelming. The water, including in the jacuzzi, was cold, which made it difficult to relax. I was also surprised to learn that access to the sauna required an additional fee of €30.
- While checking out, we were asked if we wanted to stay at the pool. Unfortunatelly, no one informed us about this possibility before, so we have already made other plans. If we had known it earlier, we would have planned to enjoy at least a few hours more.

Wellness facilities provided a truly relaxing experience, with pool water temperature of pleasant 33°C and various hidromassage jets, jacuzzi, different saunas, gym... We visited Winter Riviera, but although it must be fun when with children, we quickly came back to the serenity of our hotel's pool. The food was nice - a wide selection for both breakfast and dinner. The room was big enough, with a comfortable bed, good soundproofing and ok wi-fi.Close to hotel, there is a Tourist info centre where you can rent a regular or e-bike and cycle all the way to Krsko along the lake or to nearby Brezice.

We liked everything! I am a very picky person and regularly experience high level hotels for business but this hotel left me with minimal comments on improvement I can make. The room for this price was excellent, the food was not like a buffet food but like a proper restaurant food. I liked the restaurant a lot. It is like dining in a garden. We were with kids including a baby and the personnel made everything to make us feel comfortable and supplied us with everything that we needed. They even helped to find us where to go when we needed medical help. A supermarket is 5 min walking distance from a hotel which is very helpful when you have a baby. A pharmacy is 10 min by taxi. We will come back as there are many attractions in the area to visit and some hiking along the river or to a mountain can be done. And it is also nice just to stay in the hotel and relax.
A playroom for kids would be great to have. Also, coffee, tea and mugs in the room were missing. Though we asked them at the restaurant and they were provided to us. Otherwise, everything was great. I scanned the whole of Europe and there is no such hotel for kids for this price anywhere else.
The staff was nice and the breakfast and the facilities were very good.
The temperature in the room and generally in the hotel was too warm and it was not easy to change it in the room.
nice size swimming pool. good food
the hotel needs a renovation or a thorough cleaningthe staff should be more friendly
Location was nice. Staff, service, food, pool area was excellent.
Comfortable room, nice poolsOverall nice spacious hotel with contents for everybody ?
Cleanliness of the room wasn't at the level l expected. Drinks are not included in the dinner
Hotel and spa in hotel are great. Food is ok. Staff is great.
You must go from hotel Terme to Zimska rivijera by foot 300m, and i dont see this information before i make reservation. Zimska rivijera dont work with all atractions.
Big parking place. Nice hall. Free swimming pools. Nice view from the window.
Waited too long for drinks at dinner time. No kettle in the room.
Pools and slides
Walking outside to get to the pools, extra bed for child
- Great spacious and modern rooms. - Terme is great with kids.
- Very unfriendly staff at front desk. - booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. Kids don’t get an extra bed, kids under 6 are supposed to sleep with parents. 37€/night for the second bed.
Massage and spa was very good
Overcrowded especially at the pools (winter riviera)
The property was good, its a little bit older but rooms are renovated. Saunas in the hotel are beautiful. Staff is also really nice and always ready to help. There is also a possibility of changing your dinner for the dinner in Castle mokrice which is beautiful. I would recommend staying there.
I liked everything
Nice winter Riviera, good temperature in the pools, great for kids.
Hotel is outdated, need renovation. Extra bed in the room is not bed it all, it is a mattress on the flor, and that is shame what you get for this price.
Nothing, refurbishment 30 years overdue.
We all had a stomach problems due to food which was awful. We changed the booking dates via booking.com to stay one day less and got the confirmation from booking.com but the reception still made us pay the full initial amount on checkout. Their system was not working so we had to wait longer than an hour at the reception, paid the full stay amount even for the days we haven’t stayed and didn’t even get an invoice so we can reclaim it from booking.com. The worst service and hotel experience ever!
Room are clean, bright and comfortable
No indoor connection to Zimska rivijera
The room was great, big, clean, bed was okay. Parking spot was near.
Location of closed riviera wasn't in the hotel. It's in 400m away, so you need to go with your car.
Pool, room
They charge everything extra (towels at pools at the main riviera, sauna). They even tried to charge us at check out for drinks we did not have.
