This hotel was disgustingly dirty. I honestly don’t think the carpet has been vacuumed in years – it was filthy. Cobwebs and spiders all over the room, clearly neglected for a very long time. The bathroom was even worse: the shower was grimy, the toilet bowl looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in years, and even the cups provided for toothbrushes were dirty.The receptionist was extremely rude and completely uninterested in helping us with anything. The only thing she cared about was charging us 9€ in taxes and getting rid of us as quickly as possible.There was no breakfast at all, despite what was advertised. We requested a double bed and got two separate ones. To top it all off, the room was full of massive mosquitoes.An absolute nightmare – avoid at all costs.

The check-in was from 16:30! Till then, the hotel was closed. They couldn't provide us breakfast.

Location close to the highway and vey convenient for an overnight stay.

The room was facing the local road. The traffic made a lot of noise during the whole night.

There was no breakfast. Actually when we went to make checkout there was non at reception, and 3-4 people were already waiting to make same checkout. After waiting for 15 minutes we decided to leave key on reception since we payed before with card. There wasn't organized breakfast or anything that were provided in offer before booking a place.

We have received a great welcome at the hotel, near the Highway and great location. It was nice and quite so we had a great sleep. Also the hotel has its own parking so we didnt worry about it.

Тhe room was very dirty. There were spiders and dust everywhere and mold in the bathroom. There was no hot water for the evening shower.

Nice hotel, and very pretty. Owner was nice and had a gorgeous dog. It was a 2 day stopover for us and just off Motorway so easy to find

It was a couple of miles from the town so not really walking distance. Although there was a restaurant, it wasn't open in evening and nowhere to get a drink. Lady runs hotel herself, with a family and front doors are always locked which can be a nuisance getting in and outIt's advertised as having a spa and had a lovely garden ,but didn't look like anyone used it. Nowhere really to go for a walk.

Nice hotel, big room, clean. Close to the motorway, but quiet. Little bit dated, but we didn’t mind. Staff are friendly.

This stay was for a stop-over en-route between Bulgaria and Italy. The location is perfect - just a few short minutes from the highway, but in a lovely, rural setting. We like to choose an hotel with a restaurant for our one night stays. Although this hotel has a restaurant, it was closed for renovations. Fortunately this gave us chance to explore nearby Brezice, a few minutes drive away, where we found a stunningly good, Michelin listed restaurant. The multi-lingual hotel staff, by the way, are very friendly and helpful.

The disappointment of the restaurant being closed was more than adequately compensated by the fact that there is at least one excellent restaurant in nearby Brezice. The other things that were disappointing was the price and the fact that it did not include breakfast. For us, for whom breakfast is typically a cup of coffee and a brioche, €10 was a bit steep. We just stopped at the next service on our way home for just that. I have read other reviews that suggest that the hotel is not clean. This is certainly not the case: it is simply showing its age.
