Terme Paradiso - Hotel Paradiso

Nice pools

We tried the bungalow to live a cozy experience but there won't be a second time. The room temperature was too high, like a sauna, without the chance to adjust it. There was no couch or confortable space to relax and watch some tv, which only had 4 working channels. No bedside lamps, pillows were small and uncomfortable. If we ever come back to this hotel we'll surely try the standard rooms. The spa staff could put a little more effort into being friendly.

Quiet area, very friendly staff. Property and room very clean. Restaurant Valentina with very good food choice, all was delicious. All staff was friendly and very communicative, our special thanks to Vito. Looking forward to return to location.

Very friendly staff, the spa area is great. Good breakfast.

Check out is at 10am. That's too early.

It's just a great place.Kins and caring stuff.Responded really fast of my questions and needs.Great rich breakfast.

Nothing, really, just amazing. Keep it going.

Small hotel, nice pools, all was clean and staff is really nice.

To short working hours of in house bar. Electric windows that are boring to open.

Our staying in Terme was really pleasent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

the breakfast buffet was excellent,we only missed the fried bacon (to go with the eggs)

complications with changing bathrobes upon departure

Breakfast and location was all perfect. We liked the parking, the reception, the food and the pools. The room don't need a word, it was fantastic.

wonderful rooms, good breakfast, easy parking, wonderful thermal pool

Fabulous spa environment, nice personel, cosy room...

Indoor pool with ability to go outside. Warm water in the pool. Robot waiter at breakfast - kids loved it.:)

Lovely small hotel with amazing spa, great saunas and resting areas. Staff was very kind and helpfull, except an older lady waitress at dinner/breakfast, she was always almost rude.Food was nice.

It would be more convenient if you could put massage cost on your room, so you don't have to bring any money with you and pay immediatelly there. The older waitress with short hair should be nicer and more polite, and a smile or simple "thank you" doesn't cost a thing. The location is next to the train station, but none the less, it wasn't noisy or dirty.

Great place to relax, very vlean, staff was really friendly and helpful. There is nice restaurant, 1 min from the hotel, not to expensive and with great service and food. The room was amazing!

There is no bar next to the swimming pool and it was not posssible to easily get a cup of coffee.

We've stayed in the area many times before, at that larger complex down the road, which has poor reviews. We love the area and needed an alternative. Paradiso Hotel did not disappoint. The room was fantastic with a large balcony. The thermal pools were great and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend the restaurant across the car park.

Nothing not to like, only the breakfast buffet could have been more variable. The bread rolls aren't great.

very warm and cozy. The little wood houses are really cute.
