- Off site parking...50 min walk...Having had our car broken into previously in Italy we look for hotels that offer free parking. This was free but 50 min walk away which didnt work for us. Parking we know from our experience is challenging in popular areas but it would have been helpful to know the distance prior. Hotel accomodating re drop off and departure...but prior info needed.In the area max time for free parking 30 min and 1 hour..no paying options.

Perfect location, really close to the train station and the sea, quiet location, ideal to explore the 5 Terre region and then come back at the end of the day to rest away from the crowds.Very friendly staff, ready to help with whatever your need is, daily cleaning of the room. We also felt very safe, never closed the door with the key during the night
There is room to improve the breakfast variety and also, some facility to dry the wet stuff from the beach would be appreciated

There is no wifi in the rooms and no plug close to the bed. Additionally, the hotel's parking is far 1km from the hotel.
Deiva Marina is a perfect home base for a trip to Cinque Terre. It is a little remote, old fashioned and tranquil - and so is the Eden Hotel. I liked the old buidling. Rooms are perfectly clean, though furbished in an old fashioned way. The staff is friendly, helpful, supportive. Breakfast is Italian style and could be upgraded by fresh fruit and muesli.

No wifi in your room so i have to go outside.The breakfast is dissappointing, no fresh food.Deiva marina is a bit boring, but after a busy day hiking in busy areas it is okay
