This place is getting old. Don’t expect modern fit out.

We were very happy to have returned to this wonderful hotel for the third time!The staff at this hotel were welcoming and helpful! The room was very comfortable with nice sea view! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to sea and beautiful places of the Liguria coast! We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the hotel staff who created a warm and cozy atmosphere!

Everything was very good.

The location of the hotel nearby the beach : public and private ones (not belonging to the hotel). The nice view from the balcony. The private parking. The walking distance to reach restaurants, shops, and the train station to travel to Cinque Terre.

Bedroom was not cleaned properly. In the cramped shower cabin, water pressure was very low and it was laborious to adjust the water temperature : alternating of very hot and very cold. The bidet is installed too close in front of the toilet (room n 9). Numerous spots on the towels (both bath and beach ones).Missing items (2 bathrobes amongst others) finally obtained after a long discussion, but sharp negative answer after asking for a second key, since we were 2 guests.Breakfast : served only from 08:00, à la carte with no choice inside each food category. Allocated table already prepared with some items like the bread, 2 croissants and a basket of sweet spreads and melted butter. The waitress would then take the order, but was always stressed despite the small number of guests. Apart the raw ham, too many cheap ingredients like the bread rolls or the jam packed in plastic boxes.On Monday evening, there was a stage with a D.J. installed on the public parking lot right in front of the hotel : the ultra loud music started at 22:30 and was still on after midnight. The next day, the reception explained that this event was planned twice a year, and obviously was not bothered to inform the guests before their bookings.On many aspects, the hotel is far below a 4 stars classification.

We stayed here for three nights and found it to be a comfortable and welcoming hotel. We had a room with a balcony which looked out on to the sea. It was quiet and very convenient for the train station. Particular praise for Laura, who served us breakfast each morning and helped us with our questions and gave us advice on where to visit.

The shower was very hit and miss, it wavered between very hot and cold, and the cubicle was tiny.

Really bad drain smell the first night although this did go by second night? Room a bit overcrowded, didn’t need the large armchair. Maybe new hangers in wardrobe would be more appealing. It was just a bit tired!

Great location. 5 minutes walk to the station. Lovely private beach & beach towels provided. We had a suite of rooms and a balcony with great views. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. They very kindly made us breakfast to take on the train on the last day.

There were a few little things that needed maintenance. There was no shower in our room. Just a shower head in a spa bath.

We stayed there on our way to cinque terre.

The view has been blocked by a beach bar/ cafeteria. The hotel stafd are super nice and location is good. Beware on driving there. The tunnels are super narrow and scary.
