Pros +
- Very well located hotel in a calm place, it was easy to find parking spot, clean rooms, friendly personnel. It will be our No.1 place for a stay once we go to Berlin.
- Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Good location for visiting Berlin!
- Rooms were very spacious with large comfortable beds. The communication with the property was brilliant and and adding an additional person to the booking was no trouble at all and the hotel was very accommodating. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Cons -
- It would be great to find a fridge in a room or outside of it. Maybe once kitchenette is equipped it will be there.
- The showers - they turn the bathroom into a wet room!
- No breakfast, no restaurant, no staff on site, curtains broken in one room, long delay to get invoice

I got there and the hotel was broken. it looked abandoned. I tried contacting the owner and she didn't respond. I had to book at another hotel. far from Berlin, much further than specified on the website
