Spaces for guest hotels are confusing a little bit because the presence of weddings and events. Anywa I enjoyed the overall stay and conformt

The room was spacey and clean. The resort itself had a lot of character and historical features. The gardens were well maintained and the swimming was very nice and big (perfect temperature).The staff was very friendly despite some lack of English vocabulary. Overall a nice stay that we can honestly recommend!

The location was perfect for us, but a bit lost from main touristic cities. The place had a lot of character but somethings could use an update (bathrooms, furniture, etc.). Still a great stay though.

The staff were so super helpful and attentive. In particular Valentina and Sonia helped me with my onward journey, making a huge effort to ensure that my next accommodation was confirmed. They were very caring and efficient. Also for my birthday beautiful fresh flowers, Prosecco and a delicious cake were waiting for me at dinner - super kind made my day!

Great pool, great pool attendant, really nice room, great dinners

Would hope that they would put A/C into the exercise (weight) room…, can not work out when it is smoking hot. Also, the cable machine wasn’t working because the cables had come off the pulley wheels. It was an easy fix, so I’m surprised someone didn’t just put the cables back onto the pulleys! I would have done it myself but I didn’t have a wrench and screwdriver.

Excellent service! The staff are very attentive and very helpful. There’s always someone attending to us and they know exactly what they’re doing. Every service attended to us are perfect, from dining to pool drinks service, front desk and cleaning lady. The place is strategically located in the middle of Puglia where it’s easy to travel anywhere to any location of the region. We could easily go to Gallipoli, Otranto, Lecce, Castro Martina Franca. Our tower room was amazing like in a fairytale. Our room and their facilities are very clean. SPA services are excellent. Food is amazing too, Highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast a little disappointing

It was really clean and relaxing place. The receptionist were always really kind with us. The indoor spa was really refreshing.

The breakfast was really basic and disappointing, not so many options. The food at the restaurant was just ok but the drinks were really good! We also had a messages appointment, that was just fine. My boyfriend was pretty sure that his masseuse was on the phone while messaging him because she only used one hand and he heard alert vibrations from her phone. I also had my nails done and it was not professional at all. I could just choose between some few colors and nothing special (I wanted French nails), so I ended up getting some basic pink nails and paid 50 euros for both hands and toes. So I could easily do this at home myself.

Lovely hotel with lots of character. The spa facilities are great, with indoor pool, sauna, steam room, plunge pool etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

There is more potential to make the place even more amazing, the gym can be improved and the AC system can be updated to ensure there is no hiccups.The restaurant was fine but nothing special.

Dinner, limited menu and a little pricey for what was on offer.

Pool was great. Very big and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The receptionists are extremely attentive and helpful. We had an issue with one of our meals and this was dealt with very professionally and we were not charged for the meal. We did not have a car and the hotel provided access (at a cost) to a driver who was very reliable and available whenever we needed.

We would have liked more cereal options at breakfast including nuts and seeds.

Loved the staff, always there to help, smiling and making us feeling at home. We had some hiccups that were resolved promptly. Overall the experience was good, but if you are used to good 5 stars hotels, you will be disappointed. Great location though with a huge potential.

It’s rated a 5 star hotel but it’s definitely not a 5 star. In my room I could hear anything from the bathrooms of the room above. Restaurant overpriced and with average food

The room was very clean and large room

I am not sure this is five stars hotel, it was first time in my life that restaurant in the hotel was close (after lifted up the restrictions) also breakfast was not so many fresh food…

A lovely, relaxing, and well maintained property, with warm and helpful staff. Great room in the ‘Torre’.Dog friendly……our little Maltese Terrier Alberto had a great time.

We found the dinner menu a bit limited during our stay. Maybe because it was late in the ‘season’ with fewer guests?

Great hotel with superb personnel. Beautiful gardens and pool. Bright room with comfy bed and a whirlpool bathtub.

We went here to chill out in Italy after a bike tour. We wanted a spa, pool and quiet atmosphere. The grounds are absolutely beautiful - so many pools, flowers, comfy outdoor seating areas. The indoor spa exceeded all expectations. It was one of those sensorial pathways with 6-7 stations, including a beautiful mosaic heated pool. I had a massage that was EXCELLENT. Staff were generally delightful and the works of Giovanni Rosso, artist, were on display. The hotel arranged for us to visit his workshop - it was delightful! The place is serene. We had a Junior Suite with a terrace and jacuzzi. The room was recently renovated, clean with all the amenities and lovely art work on the walls.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved staying at this resort, but would say that the dining room was a little lonely and food a bit tired.
