ibis Budget Mâcon Crêches

Clean modern and comfy rooms. Carrefour a 5 min walk away and lots of other shops and places to eat nearby. Secure parking for a transporter van and very close to the motorway. Ideal stopover en route to Alps.

Rooms are small but fine for 1 night

That our dog was allowed, that the window blocked noise very effectively, and that a carre four is close

Great staff very helpful and secure location.

Pillows not good.

The hotel was very clean with comfortable and quality beds/bed linen and easy to access.

It wasn’t clear whether breakfast was included or not.

Interieur design is wel OK.

Beds are not good: mattresses too thin and soft; width of the bed not sufficient for two people. The third bed is in a cupboard. For the same range, the old IBIS budget have better beds with double beds at the bottom and bunk beds for the third bed.

It was really, really clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Had everything we needed for a night stop. The staff was super friendly, specially the cleaning lady. Thank you very much!!!

The location was good for us and the staff very helpful

I travelled with my parents mum 80, dad 86. Unfortunately there was only a 6 inch gap between each bed which was no good for my mum who needs a walking stick. One of the beds actually came out of the wardrobe. The beds are rock hard and so uncomfortable.

Close to the highway.

Breakfast could have been better. Not mutch choice at the end of the morning.

clean room

mattresses were very firm and uncomfortable

Yes, the room is for 3 people. The 3rd bed is hidden in the big yellow board next to the double bed

Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet

Rooms were smaller than I expected. The 3rd bed was a pulldown bed from a cupboard. Pillows were small. Sheets didn't fit the bed properly. Hairs on the mattress.

Convenient location and actually unexpectedly pleasant as the write up said it was an industrial estate. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Staff very pleasant. Choice of 3 restaurants within less than 5 minutes walk. A simple well run overnight stop.

- Not far from the exit on the highway. Shopping area nearby with big Carrefour( grocery store) and several fast food options. - Friendly staff member , spoke 3 languages ( FR , DE , ENG)- Automated check in if needed. - Bed was comfortable for the price range and competitors. - Clean room.

- pillows were too thin.

Your cleaner was oh so lovely. She had a great attitude and very polite.

For the price of breakfast the breakfast was boring and virtually tasteless.

Reception was correct, room cleanliness was good, breakfast was ok with a good selection of items.

Breakfast better than expected with a choice of cereals, hams, cheeses, fruits and yogurts and various pastries and breads. Location on the edge of a large commercial centre with a couple of restaurants nearby. So a little limited on where to eat if you don’t want to drive. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and that counts for a lot

Room was a little on the small side and could have done with extra or firmer pillows

Easy to find + good location. Friendly staff

Dirty walls and old bathroom

Excellent service. All staff very professional and very friendly. Excellent value hotel. Impeccably clean.

This is a cheap hotel but fortunately there is a real good spring board below the mattress and for my back it makes all the difference. Nice shower.

We had a big row with the managing girl and his assistant at the desk who insisted to get our bank details when we were paying. When I refused categorically because it is very unsafe to give bank details to anybody she refuses to give us the room which was booked. Finally we went to the automated desk and paid our room and everything was fine.I understand the manager had people who damaged rooms and stole TV but there is no way I give my credit card number to anyone I don't know for whatever purpose they imagine they could use it for.Colors of the rooms are dark blue and bright yellow. There is no accountancy for taste as we say.

Breakfast and living room area was nice

The absurd price for the place and service provided is unadjusted, cleaning, comfort, location and size of the room below standard
