Very nice staff and clean hotel

Went during off season so kitchen and other amenities were closed

Comfortable room, good shower, nice view

Bad odour from the tub drainage.Would prefer more vegetables for breakfast and not focusing mostly on empty carbs, fatty cheeses & cold cuts. Two adults would hardly fit in the elevator especially with their luggage.

Great location, helpful staff! Nice breakfast. Rooms are dated and the bar / cafe are closed which was frustrating given the location.

Lovely staff and delicious half board!The bathroom, even though was small, was spotless clean and the shower was fantastic.Perfect location for skiing, direct access to the Pralongia lift.

The room was rather small and needs some reconditioning in the near future to be contemporary.

Our first room was tiny. We asked for a change as soon as possible and this was effected after 2 nights.

The room was decent in size, clean, and comfortable, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was well-served with plenty of options, and parking was convenient. The location is a bit on the outskirts of town, but still manageable. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a good price.

Fine breakfast.No resto nor bar in summer but excellent deal for 50 eur in Kolfuscherhof.

The room was quite big, there was parking for our motorbike, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was very dated, the room was expensive for something that seemed out of the 1960s although was a fair bit cheaper than the extortionate prices elsewhere as we had left booking until the last minute and it was peak season, the shower screen didn’t fit on the bath properly making for an awkward shower, there was no one working on reception, the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening and the town is a drive away. Probably just more expensive than I’m used to paying for a hotel at the moment. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable which is the main thing.

Elena the hostess / manager was extremely nice and very accommodating as was Giovanni at breakfast. The property is not brand new but for its agent it is an incredible value… Good location right near the chairlift …. I am here for a mountain bike trip and it was great all around!

The restaurant and spa were closed despite stating they were open on booking.com. However the staff were really lovely & helpful. Fabulous location but would only go there again to ski, not for summer break.

Thought it was abandoned when we arrived. Needs renovation. Restaurant was closed so had to travel into the town to eat. I’d imagine it’d look nice in the winter covered in snow

Good location of hotel for views of the surrounding mountains. It's too far to walk into town so getting a bus or self-driving is required.

For a 3-star hotel the rooms were slightly smaller than expected. The mattresses on the bed were beginning to show signs of wear and tear and weren't particularly supportive. Same for the pillows. Toilet rolls weren't replenished on one day which meant we had to go and buy our own: Not a big complaint but shows that the staff are run a little thin in summer. All that said it was a nice hotel and just about lived up to expectations. Would recommend for a no-frills stay.

The rooms and bathrooms need urgent refurbishment. We found one thin pillow per guest only. No safe box in the room.

Brilliant location. Ski in and out. Very friendly, comfortable hotel with excellent food.
