Pros +
- A lovely hotel a little out of town but frequent buses stop outside the hotel. The staff are great and the food is good.
- The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner options were great. The location was excellent for us but we were with a car. I also enjoyed the wellness area with perfectly warmed up saunas.
- The breakfast was below expectations. Eggs were missing 1 hour prior to closure. Fruit as well. The only thing that were not good was poor breakfast.

- The only small thing were the standardized hotel hairdryers. If you don’t like those, take your own.
- Miss leading with the photos posted. Not the same rooms.
- The bed and pillows can be a tad more comfortable. The bike room is down in the basement and can only be accessed through a narrow staircase. Won't be much of a problem for road bikes but can be real difficult if you had to carry a heavy ebike up and down those stairs. The manager is, however, always happy to help out.

Rooms are large, fully of windows and comfortable. Their full board option can't be beat. The breakfast buffets offer lots if choices and dinner choices are great too. Everyone at the hotel was warm and welcoming.

I loved the super friendly staff and the sauna! Everything was exceptionally clean and the pick up and drop off from the ski resort was very nice.
