    • Amazing view from the room. It was nice to be able to go for a swim at the end of the day. Breakfast was great. The staff was incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Muhammad who went above and beyond to help us. He has great initiative and is a fabulous young man.
    • We had a great time skiing together with Skikki two days and it was amazing!! He took us to Marmolada and he took us to the best slopes with most beautiful views! We will come back!!
    • The room

    Cons -

    • The restaurant was huge and lacked atmosphere. Kids were running around, and while the food was average, meal times reminded me of a school canteen
    • I would keep the Miniclub open in different hours. My kids didn't go to the miniclub because we have to decide between the swimming pool or the miniclub. what about stretching the time until 6.30 pm? The staff didn't have many kids during our stay.
    • Beds were hard and a little uncomfortable.Karaoke was endless!

Great Spa with good organisation so it wasn’t too full. Food was very good and the staff was exceptionally nice.

Our room was in the newer section of the hotel complete with balcony and mini fridgeThe hotel staff were terrific, and we prepaid for the meal package. It was money well spent. The food choices both for breakfast and dinner were vast and the quality of the food was superb. We read on-line reports of long waits for the hotel bus to get you to the lifts but we never experienced this problem - the bus transfers to the lifts worked very well for us.

Staff were very friendly, especially during breakfast and dinner, especially Jasmine who took care of us in the dining room. Food was great, I was expecting more homemade bread and yoghurt. Location was excellent.

The location, the spa and pool, TV room, large rooms.

The music in the evenings. Sorry, but it was too much and put us off hanging out in the bar area. Some of the male staff there were quite moody, but all the female staff were lovely.

We were in this hotel before, twice and we know, that everything is always ok. Now, is much better, because the dinner is like buffet, or you can order something from menu if you want. Super... Everything is clean, the staff is helpful..

Lots of space, pool, hotel room worked for our family.

Location to the Boe lift means you rely on the hotel shuttle to get to and from the ski area. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 and the first shuttle leaves at. 8:20…. First lifts start at 8:30…. So it’s a very tight timeframe is you are a keen skier and want to hit groomed runs ASAP. If you only want to ski half day, you have to phone the hotel to send the car to get you an wait 10-20min. Skiiing with kids who don’t go out all day meant we had to call the hotel a few times. They came, but nothing beats beating able to finish when you want and walk to your accommodation. I would book closer to BoE next time

The amenities were wonderful and clean. The shuttles to the lifts were very quick and on time each morning.

Lovely spa area. Shuttle bus to gondola was easy and frequent

Breakfast was chaos, no vegetables , only opened at 7.30, everyone descends at once - and all the food runs out - they should open early to spread it out . Beds are hard - we had a triple room, the 3rd adult was on a sofa bed that was super hard - we requested more mattresses toppers to make it the beds bearable to sleep on.

The spa was fantastic, breakfast great. Staff very friendly.

Dinner was very good but not at the same level as the rest of the hotel.

Hotel itself is nice and big with many facilities. The shuttle to the ski slopes is great and also all the facilities they have (sauna, little fitness, pool,...).

Breakfast has room for improvement, especially on the sides of healthy dishes, vegetarian or vegan options. Rooms are spacious but beds are not comfortable, also the heating is a bit too strong and you feel super hot when inside. The service can be really nice or quite cold, depends who you get on the reception (maybe it is the language barier). Also the sauna could be more under control, since some people don't obey rules, so they talk laud, bring the phones, the phones were ringing and all in many occasions it was too much noise for such a relaxing space.

We are a family of four who stayed for five nights, from December 25–30, during our ski trip. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The in-house ski rental was incredibly convenient, and the ski room downstairs, equipped with three racks of boot dryers and plenty of space, made storing our gear hassle-free.The hotel offers a reliable ski bus service to and from Col Alto and Boe. Even during the busiest times, we never waited more than 10–15 minutes. Since we booked with half board, we were assigned a fixed table for breakfast and dinner, which we found quite convenient. The dinners were delicious, with a great selection from the buffet and the menu. The wine we ordered was excellent and reasonably priced. We also loved the pool and sauna, which could be reserved via the app. Using these facilities every day after skiing was a highlight of our trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. The WiFi speed was good enough for streaming YouTube videos without any issues.I had read some negative reviews before our stay but found none of them to be true—they must have addressed those concerns by now. Skiing in Alta Badia is a fantastic experience, and this hotel complemented it perfectly. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Breakfast can offer a little more variety, especially fresh fruits.

Excellent and varied breakfast, large rooms (in the modern part of the hotel) and a dedicated ski shuttle minibus made our stay very pleasant indeed. There is a Sport Kostner ski rental shop within the hotel so no need to lug ski gear around. Also, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Our rooms were above what appeared to be some sort of function suite, and during our stay there was quite loud music playing until around 10pm. The outside door to my son’s room was also left open when his room was cleaned, which was a potential security issue. If it weren’t for these two small points we would have give the hotel a 10 rating.

Spacious rooms, spotless and comfortable. Friendly, very accommodating and extremely polite staff. Excellent location.

    Great variety'

Confused about some tables reserved. Coffee could be loser, more central.

Great hotel located within a 8-10 minute walk into Corvara. Clean, great bar area and friendly staff. The room was small but had a massive shared balcony with a view to Campolongo. Fantastic shower!

    Small room, expensive restaurant.

It's 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest lift, rental service with storage, and ski school. Also, there is a shuttle if you prefer to keep ski-stuff at the hotel.

I read many negative reviews, but friends convinced me to try to spend the Christmas holidays there - that was a mistake. This place doesn't know what the service is... At check-in, you feel like they have their own pace, and nobody is in a hurry. Even though we were with the 4-year-old kid, they provided us with a room just on top of the lobby where every evening they have loud music (giving us keys, they promised that the room would look for another side and should be quiet). As we asked for a quieter room, they said no other rooms were available, and they didn't know that we have special requirements for a kid... after a scandal and waiting 20 mins, they offered another room. As we learned later, the main building is old, with small, very basic rooms (don't trust pictures), no noise protection and the elevator starts half a floor up - you must carry your bags upstairs. There is another building which is newer and has better facilities. There is one Finnish sauna (up to 80C) and one hamam. You should use their application to book a visit to the spa or pool. The cleaning was terrible; I noticed much hair in the sauna. As for the pool, you have to wear a hat. For pool and sauna, they give you a towel; you should keep it for the whole stay, or they will charge you for each new towel. The majority of the staff doesn't speak any language except Italian. The dinner starts at 19:30. The quality is acceptable. We stayed almost two weeks and were proposed to order a bottle of wine only once close to the end of our stay. The service is chaotic; you order something, and they can forget or bring it in an hour. Overall impression - it's rather a busy canteen, not the restaurant. The breakfast is poor. There are no eggs or meat if you’re 10-15 minutes late. They serve no fish and almost no vegetables. The lobby is very simple, with heavily used furniture. WiFi wasn't working all two weeks.
