Pros +
- They upgraded me to a room with a balcony and the views were great. The receptionist were very kind and helpful and it was a ski in and ski out location. Very easy to start my day on the slopes
Cons -
- Unfortunately, I only stayed one night and 3 times the next morning someone from the staff kept trying to get into my room without knocking beforehand.
