You can not beat the views from the hotel. The pool is amazing and the staff were beyond accommodating. I would deeply recommend this hotel. It was an amazing experience!!

I can not complain about the price because everything, the setting , the staff and management were awesome.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spacious and spotless, the food was excellent, the spa was relaxing and beautifully maintained, and the entire place was clean and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back!

The views are breathtaking, no matter where you are in the hotel. We loved our room: it was super clean, the bathroom was spacious and modern, very much cozy mountain cabin vibes. Their bar has an incredible cocktail menu - extensive, tasty, and by no means an afterthought. The breakfast and dinner buffets were also pretty great. The hotel has exceptional spa facilities, so make the most of it (heated indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, massage, etc.)! Didn't get to try biking or hiking, but they offered so many options. Parking was free and super simple. Above all, the staff were so kind and welcoming and warm, and they helped with every question and request, welcoming us with prosecco upon arrival and providing a 24-hour WhatsApp number for assistance.

It's hard to find anything to criticize here but if I had to say something, it would be that there is a fairly limited dinner menu, and it's pricy. Room service has an additional 20 euro cost (not sure if per order or per person). It would have been lovely to have a simpler room service menu for evenings when you want to stay in. Also, my fiancé and I didn't think the massage was very good, especially considering how much it costs. But everything else was magical!

This hotel is in an unbelievable location, nestled between towering cliffs. It has a fine indoor spa, but the outdoor warm pool is the ticket. Incredibly beautiful just sitting there. The breakfast were very good, as could be expected. We had e-bikes with us and they were able to just door them in the ski room and it was easy to get them in and out.

The outdoor terrace cafe has tremendous views of the cliffs, although it is just about 30 ft off the road. And the one thing we did not like is that we were required to sit in a very particular seat for dinner. And it was all the way interior. So we ended up not eating dinner there again and instead walking down to some of the restaurants about a quarter mile downhill.

The pool, spa, relaxation spaces, outdoor lounge area and bar area. Breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff and massage staff were wonderful.

The room did not have coffee or tea available. Some of the restaurant staff were rude, abrupt and unwelcoming. The fixed dinner price was excessive (85 euro) and there was not enough choice on the menu unless you chose to serve yourself at the buffet. Other restaurants required a bus ride or car. They did not adequately promote their shuttle service.

The location is great, easy to see the surrounding mountains.

The check in process was disaster, really don't know why I need to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for the staff to get the room key. BTW, it was 7pm, well past standard check-in time and with no other guests. The inefficiency was shock to me, as I never experience it anywhere else. The room is outdated, and dinner was just ok.

What an amazing property and vacation experience! Perfectly situated at 5,000 feet in the Dolomites and surrounded on all sides by majestic peaks, you will be constantly in awe when looking up and around you. The amenities are all first rate - the pools, spa, saunas and relaxation areas were extremely well-maintained and up-to-date. We were on half-board and had all our meals on-site. The food was of the highest quality and variety and our waiter Sasha deserves a special shout-out for being so helpful and friendly. The hotel offers free guided hikes daily and on our second day there we did the 10km ‘easy’ hike to the Puez Hutte up at 8,000 feet. Our cheerful, knowledgable guide Anja was able to make this long, strenuous hike fun for us amateurs. In conclusion, I would like to say that the Kolfuschgerhof and its staff greatly exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to returning to this fabulous place hopefully sometime next year.

We loved the spa area. The sauna is perfect! The pool was absolutely stunning and heated. The dinners and breakfast buffet were delicious and warm, and they had so many options. The staff was so helpful and kind. The room we had was very updated. We had an amazing bathtub, shower, and huge patio.

This was an incredible place! The views are truly stunning and the amenities are unparalleled. The staff felt like family after only a couple of days. The food was some of the best I’ve ever eaten!

There is no air conditioning and I was in a single room without a balcony. Those of us who had balconies could open them at night and let in the cold night air. I didn’t have that luxury and was warmer than I enjoy. This is obviously only the fault of the climate change and not the property which provided me with a large fan. Do consider reserving the balcony room in the summer!

Everything was beyond our expectations! The facilities were more than 5 stars! The outdoor pool and the spa area were absolutely stunning and beautiful! Our pre-arranged dinner was so amazing that we are still talking about it! The staff and service was as if we were family returning home.

One of the nicest resorts I stayed in throughout my whole European holiday. The sauna, gym and restaurant was a highlight. Will definitely be back.

Excellent dinner and breakfast, very nice outdoor pool and sauna, indoor SPA is also top notch. Nicely located close to the main attractions this hotel allowed my family to enjoy a couple of days in Dolomiti and explore the area. We would definitely come back. The staff was super friendly, we felt just like home!

My entire experience here was exceptional. The location of the hotel was ideal with spectacular views of the mountains. My room was beautiful and modern with a large outdoor patio sitting area. The hotel restaurant overdelivered. Ì definitely would stay here again.

Everything - fourth time here and love it more each time. Staff is outstanding as is food, wine, and general ambience. The location is nestled right in the mountains with skiing/hiking at your doorstep.

No Coffee machine in rooms. Room decor is outdated.

Rooms were very warm. Need to ask front desk to manage the heat. Even turned off we still had to open the door to let some cool air in.
