Campanile Reims Est - Taissy

The location was OK

Particular the man who was on evening duty was not polite abresive. When I asked him regarding the room his answer was we are near parise so nothing can be as in campanille Lille . In the room was no flowing air nor AC no fan. could not sleep all night.

The restaurant was closed and we didn’t know.

we were arriving very late, the receptionist was very kind to call and check we were on the way and make sure we knew how to check in and access the rooms.

The rooms were cold, and one of them smelt strongly of smoking.

Perfectly functional in a very minimalist manner

Very difficult to find. The complex autoroute system in the area confused my satnav , causing me to take an incorrect exit which resulted in a35km runaround to get back to where I should have been.

The hotel room was great very clean and spacious the bathroom had a bath and a shower , very nice

Price, clean, location

Light shining into the room, and people coming back at 2am. Not being noisy, but just noise of walking g past and slamming doors. Nothing g to do with the Owener or property really.

Convenient location whilst travelling onwards

Poor pillows.Toilet banged? Loose when sat on.Unfortunately the chef was ill so we couldn’t get an evening meal and had to find somewhere else to eat

Poor thin pillow. No spare or additional ones. No small towel. No bar in toilet roll holder.

Generally didn’t feel the eating area was very clean so abandoned breakfast

Compared to other hotels (cheaper) the value for money was very poor.

I chose this place because it claimed it had a restaurant. The opening hours are indicated on the website. However, when I arrived I was told the restaurant was closed and the only thing they could provide me with was a warmed-up pizza.Be honest about the service you do and don’t provide to potential customers before they book!!

heating that was on full blast and could not be dimmed, only 2 small towels (for 2 people), no WIFI, only superficially cleaned and disinterested staff.

Location, pet friendly, room was good value for money

Felt overcharged for two dogs for one night, shower water pressure not great.

Bad

I did not like that they made me pay twice. They pretended that it was not them, but it is clear that it is the exact same amount (that was decided on the morning when we decided to take the breakfast)

Fantastic friendly restauraunt service and welcoming reception. The premises are a little hidden away but that means they are quiet and free from traffic noise. ThesShower cubical rather than shower in bath was so much better .

Exterior paintwork a bit shabby

I stayed over at campanile en route to Calais, the staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The parking is open space, plenty of availability and is complimentary. Is a short walk into town but thoroughly pleasant and i would definitely stay again. It was fantastic value for money.

It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open during my stay , i believe it’s only open week days but that didn’t spoil my stay in the slightest. There are plenty of options near by

Clean, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking

Excellent location. Close to the motorway room was clean but I found the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Terrible location next door to a refugee hostel

The photo on the booking.com website is nothing like it actually is! The hotel is located on an industrial estate next door to a refugee hostel. There were dodgy looking people everywhere and we knew we couldn’t stay there. When I spoke with the receptionist about not staying he didn’t know what to say or do as he was new and the only member of staff there. We really didn’t feel safe and worried about leaving our car so we powered on and drove to Calais and arrived back to the UK early.
