    Pros +

    • Central location, very helpful and nice staff, beautiful courtyard and nice breakfast
    • Beautiful grounds, welcoming staff, lovely rooms, fantastic breakfast. If you are looking for the picture of a French garden hotel that is walkable to the coast and a beautiful town then this is it. We had 2 rooms/ 3 day stay. I highly recommend.
    • Breakfast was excellent. Check out was at 12:00 and worked perfectly so our morning hike, and back in time to pick up our bags, freshen up and walk to the train. The staff were extremely patient with my limited French and spoke in English or Spanish when needed. The hotel is a wonderful symbol of days gone by and the history of the hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect for walking around the city and still returning to a quite room.

    Cons -

    • the room was a bit small and we were not expecting to have the shower and sink separated from the rest of the room by only a curtain.
    • There was not anything we did not like.
    • The room upgrade I paid for did not really meet my expectation. The room sizes are pretty much the same. The top floor was were we stayed. It was quiet and comfortable. The room had a slight mold smell or water damage smell. Which began apparent by the morning when I woke up very congested. The weather shifted from summer on our arrival to late fall and rainy on our departure. Im sure the pressure drop did not help my sinuses.

Location and the beautiful building and gardens.

    No elevator,

    9MackenziePosted on: 10-16-2025

Premises: the spacious and comfortable room, the garden, the pool, the reading room. A welcoming ambiance. Staff proud of what they were offering, made us feel like guests rather than customers. Location is excellent.

Lack of information regarding towels for pool, pool shower not working. As to breakfast, maybe offer a cheaper, simpler option such as croissant and coffee.

Great breakfast, location excellent. Very attentive and helpful staff. Nice big room and lovely grounds. Pool very nice. Easy walk to everything. Classic old building, airy, lovely courtyard.

    All seemed fine

Hugo and April went above and beyond to help us get restaurants booked and we had the best seats in the house. They were extremely helpful.

The room and the hotel grounds were absolutely gorgeous. The hotel was centrally located within the town. The choices for the hotel breakfast were plentiful and delicious. Staff were very very personable and helpful.

    It was perfect.

Great location, steps from the important sites in Collioure. We had the breakfast too and it was excellent.

There was no one at reception when we arrived and I had to search for someone. They were in the car park assisting another guest. It took 5-10 minutes to find them.

Location. Beautiful environment. Swimming pool lovely

Overpriced for the room. Other than swimming pool no other facilities, room was quite noisy at night from the street

Very comfortable twin-bedded room in great location in centre of Collioure. Private parking. Very good breakfast. Even had a swimming pool.

    10TessaPosted on: 4-28-2025

The reception we received from the young man at the Hotel desk was charming and he couldn't have been more helpful. Brilliantly situated in the centre of this beautiful coastal town. The hotel itself is older and uniquely furnished with a wonderful courtyard/garden which has plenty of places to sit and relax. The rooms and the breakfast were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Nothing. As the town is so popular parking can be limited so its worth ringing first to book it where possible. I would say avoid the river parking option if you have a larger car due to access road size and that it is used by cars both ways with limited passing places.

The location was close to restaurants, shopping and exploring.A charming hotel with a lovely garden to stroll or relax, it offered a friendly and inviting stay. The included breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered great service.

The stairs to the room. Three floors. I hurt my foot and it became a problem to lug up luggage. The decorations in the room could have been better as compared to others we stayed in our 30 day trip.

    9AndisPosted on: 4-22-2025

Central location. Heated pool. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Close to all sites and restaurants.

Make sure you book parking and better instructions on how to find hotel car park.

Beautiful to look at but uncomfortable to stay in.

The room was too artsy and didn’t function well. The bathroom faucet splashed water everywhere.

This Hôtel exceeded our expectations. Beautiful facilities in excellent location . Staff is very helpful and attentive, excellent breakfast.

    10ClarePosted on: 3-17-2025

Central location with beautiful garden and very quiet. Beautiful old house with original features. Excellent breakfast with local produce and wide choice. Very comfortable bed. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Very convenient car park! The heated swimming pool is fantastic. A huge plus is that small dogs are welcome and access to the outside is very convenient for walks.

Nearly everything - location ambiance decor breakfast staff etc

Could have done with thicker curtains or shutters to keep the early morning light out. A better quality hairdryer would be nice in the room. Also a decent electric charger would be great in the car park.

This was a perfect location to explore Collioure. With paid parking available it made staying very accessible. The hotel garden and rooms were beautiful and the staff very efficient and friendly.
