it was a great location, a short distance up the hill overlooking the town. The room was clean, bright, fresh and had good views. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Easy walk into town for restaurants, shopping and site seeing. Great small winery within walking distance. Loved walking to the "Secret beach"

staff was super friendly, spoke multiple languages and was very accommodating. The hotel is located a short (5min) walk away from the waterfront, medieval city, and all restaurants.

There's unfortunately no view of the ocean from the pool, but a great view of the mountaints.The walk back from the town is uphill but not too steep, can be challenging though.

It is extremely beautiful place located at charming town called Collioure with really nice architecture, views and restaurants. The hotel is small, but modern, stylish, really artistic, with the great service. We enjoyed spa facilities, warm pool. The Hôtel view is something and I really enjoyed their garden with lemons, eucalyptus and other beautiful plants. The breakfast is really good as well as room service. Great place for weekend getaway.

The superior room was quit small for me, but still fresh and beautiful. Nevertheless, in my opinion, it is a bit overpriced.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. I used spa services and greatly enjoyed the massage and facial.

This hotel provided a wonderful, tranquil escape with stylish design and attentive, friendly staff. Although not centrally located, the excellent amenities and overall experience, combined with a convenient golf cart shuttle service to the off-site parking, make it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful hotel. The swimming pool is warm enough to swim in January! Great massagiste!

It is further from the center of town and awkward to depend on the golf cart to take you back and forth. It would be best for clients to park in the large public parking lot across the street rather than have to walk about 1 k or wait for a golf cart to take you to your car.

Could have used some radiators/ drying racks in room for swimwear. Occasional smell of sewage outside on terrace and poolside.Could have been more clear in description that sauna and hamman require booking.

Clean, quiet, luxurious and the mountain views. Great location. Attentive staff. Can’t say enough about the level of service shown toward us. Spa and heated pool for cooler weather!! Good breakfast. Located near hiking trails that overlook the mountains and sea. Comfortable beds.

Rooms near reception can hear everything. Although the staff tried to minimize the noise as much as possible.

Did not provide contactless keys. 1 old school key provided, had to ask for a second key. Move to contactless keycards and always issue one key per person

Peaceful and quiet place, clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the decore and cucumber lemonade in the mini bar. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Will be back for sure.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We booked 1 night but due to an injury had to stay for 4 nights. Was a great place to convalesce. The room was great and the view of the town and the fort on the mountain was amazing. The heated pool was nice too. It is a short walk down to the old town and waterfront. The place is a small 12 room hotel with a very relaxing and intimate feel to it. Hope to come again though without the injury...

Could use a better chair than the one we had in the room, otherwise, it was all great.

The reception staff wasn’t attentive and didn’t find a solution when we raised a price match concern.

When we arrived for the check in, there were another two couples waiting to be checked in (so 6 people in total). The receptionist was alone and the telephone rang, which she answered making us all wait but also hear the whole conversation. She was making an offer to someone coming for same night’s stay as us and offered them a Deluxe Room 30% cheaper than what we were paying. We also checked Booking.com and again superior category rooms were still cheaper than the Standard one we booked just a few days ago.When us and other couple complained about it to the reception- no solution was offered to make the experience more pleasant, we were simply told that it’s best not to book with Booking.com but call the hotel. How do they expect to have any exposure and for people to be aware of their hotel if not using a platform such as Booking.com? And why the customer is penalized for the commission agreement the hotel and the platform have? At the end of the day, we just asked for a fair price especially now that we heard there are large discounts. The reception staff did not even offer to upgrade our room or a gesture of a free breakfast. Nothing.Booking.com customer support did not even care to reply to me.

The property was clean and very beautiful. Bit of a walk to the old town but worked off all the food and wine! Very helpful and friendly staff

We loved this hotel. Beautiful room with stunning views, helpful friendly staff and great location for town. The hotel even has a golf buggy if you don’t fancy the walk io the hill from town and to/from the free car park. Car parking opposite is paid for, there is another a short walk away which is free. Pool area beautiful too. Drinks available and reasonably priced too.

The views from the property were great. The pool area was very well designed and very quiet.

The pool area felt very luxurious, both in its design and the comfort of the sun loungers. Perhaps the seating areas could have been a little more comfortable (metal chairs without cushions) to fit in with the luxury feel
