Le Relais Des Trois Mas

It was clean, in a great location with wonderful staff the restaurant dinner was spectacular although the wait staff at the restaurant was not very friendly. The pool and hot tubs were both brilliant, overlooking the sea!!!

The hotel has an amazing view and very friendly staff — I’d love to return! If you’re driving, note that entering the hotel address into Google Maps may direct you to their gated parking lot. Instead, park in front of the hotel, and the staff will handle the parking for you.

Couldn’t stay longer

Phenomenal location, and wonderful staff. Sebastian was magnificent at the front desk and ensured everything was wonderful. The Michelin Star restaurant La Balette was amazing. Book ahead! The pool, many terraces and jacuzzi were amazing. The beach was just a few steps and into the Mediterranean ocean for daily swimming and beach relaxation. The quick magical walk along the beach to the city- 5 minutes was delightful. The village itself is the best seaside village in all of France.

What not to like? It’s in the most gorgeous spot with the best view in town, a private pebble beach, an easy walkway to and from town, and a truly exceptional staff that anticipates all your needs. Sebastian whisked our heavy bags to our room and parked our car in private parking area. It was our favorite place in a 3 week trip around south of France

Since the restaurant is small and always booked would be nice to have small easy snacks or bites for the pool. And someone checking on us at the pool .

Location, view, restaurant.

The view was great. The room and the bathroom were clean.

For the price we paid (almost 300 Euros per night) the room was tiny. In spite of claiming to have a restaurant, there was no food service available except breakfast. Apparently the restaurant is closed on Mondays, and was also closed on Tuesday. We reached at around 3 pm on a Monday and were surprised to learn that no food was available at all. At the cost of 300 Euros per night, we were expecting to get some room service.and the place is advertised as "with room service" but there is no room service, We had to walk about 500 m to find a fast food place and got sandwiches. There are no elevators and one has to climb up and down uneven stairs to reach the rooms. We are older persons with arthritis and it was rather challenging for us, but we had to go out because there was no room service.

The view was fabulous and the hotel has a super location. They have a parking lot so driving was convenient.

Staff could have better explained what the Hotel offered.

The views were absolutely incredible. The rooms were nice and the hotel was in a great location.

There was no bar or lounge area. Breakfast was a bit pricey and nothing special. If you want to dine in the restaurant for dinner, make reservations prior to arrival.

The staff were super friendly and the food in the restaurant was simply superb! We had the 10 course Certitude degustation menu and it was absolutely incredible...the food, the wine, the staff, the whole experience. Highly recommend.

The ocean view from our room was amazing and our dinner at the on site restaurant, La Balette was a fantastic experience. We highly recommend Le Relais Des Trois Mas and would stay there again.

The Wi Fi signal in our room was borderline strength. Everything else was fantastic

The view from the room was outstanding, the rooms were big and comfortable.

The bath water was brownish!

Room was of average size, view from room was lovely, location was exclusive.

Felt a little like the place was in low season, no umbrellas out by the pool, one staff member only at breakfast.

The location was perfect and an amazing view on Collioure. The building is special and there is a nice atmosphere.

We expected a bit more service and value for the price that we paid. For example serve drinks and snacks at the terrace/pool area. Jacuzzi was closed.

The hotel is located at the beach with a pool overlooking the harbour. A short walk to the town. Excellent friendly staff

The location is beautiful, the beach is right downstairs, just steps away. You can see the bay and the old city from everywhere, from the rooms, the pool, the restaurant, the view is breathtaking! There is a private parking which is extremely convenient since it is not easy to find a spot, especially during the Saint Vincent festivities. The old city is a short walk by the sea. We also had dinner at La Ballet, the Michelin Star restaurant located in the hotel and it was a great experience.

Due to the hotel being built on a cliff, there are a lot of stairs. It wasn't a problem for us at all, just something to take into consideration if you have limited mobility.

Service from the staff was very good. Very attentive to each and every detail and very helpful and proactive in helping. Great quality of service (restaurant staff and reception staff). Special mention to the exceptional work of Sebastien.
