Friendly and accommodating staff. Room was comfortable. Close to the train station.

My room was up on the 4th floor and had to lug luggage up several flights of stairs as there was no elevator.

Location and parking facility.

Very hard bed. No good if you have arthritis. No shower bracket on wall so shower had to be hand held. Wobbly fridge on balcony so cold it froze drinks. Not enough adult coat hangers. Wash basin did not drain properly. Garage space very limited because broken door placed inside garage.

Great location for access to the station in Collioure and just a short walk into the town. We arrived at the hotel early and we were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready. We liked the large shared terrace / garden behind the hotel. We asked for a kettle to be provided and there was one in the room, although we did have to ask for some cups (and glasses).

The Wi-fi was a bit intermittent, we had to log in multiple times.

Great location with parking. Comfortable and very reasonably priced . Nice balconies. Air conditioned. Quiet.

Breakfast was a good start for the day. Location was excellent. We had booked garage parking. The car was parked up and left. The hotel is so close to the centre of Collioure, we walked everywhere during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaner was amazing.

The room and balcony was smaller than hoped for. But to be fair, we were offered an upgrade and didn't think to do that.Everything else was just as we expected.

The staff, location and secure parking were all excellent.

A few areas needed a bit of refurbishment but nothing major at all.

Location was good and it had parking that was key even in April . We would stay again.

We had the wind blowing down a vent all night long so had to muffle it with a towel. Room clean but basic. A kettle etc would have been nice. Access into toilet was fine for us but a larger couple would have struggled.

If you have a car, you need private parking, the hotel has a garage and a parking area. Parking in collioure is difficult and expensive, so haveing a space to park is perfect.The staff were great and helpful.Perfect location for the station (just up the road) and the main town, 350m down hill

It was a little noisy and the rooms are not very big, but it wasnt a problem as such.They have a nice terrasse, thart could do with some comfortable loungers to make use of the area more.
