    Pros +

    • Good value and excellent staff service. We were late for breakfast and the staff has been so kind to offer us to have some breakfast, and given my children lots of pancakes to make sure they have something to eat. We lost a phone during the trip and tried to contact the staff to ask if they have seen it, they replied us very quickly and did help us to check. Best customer service!
    • Relatively spacious rooms, many on the first floor. This was helpful for bicycle travel. Excellent climate controls including a wall heater and AC. Blackout shades on the windows for light and security. Excellent and varied breakfast options.
    • The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

    Cons -

    • Location is near to a large road so there can be road noise, but I didn't find it distracting. Bed was on the firmer side. No hair dryer.
    • The evening meal was not great. It was pre=prepared and heated up. The Salade Nicoise was the strangest I have ever had - and I've had many before, having lived in France!
    • Evening meal was poor.

Location as we were attending a gig at La Traverse - 150m away. Onsite car parking.

    Evening meal was poor.

Location and friendly staff.Just a great place. I felt my motorcycle was safe parked here. Easy walk into centre for all the attractions. 1/ hour ride to ferry in morning what's not to like

    Food was tasty.

Surroundings unkept. Motel style accommodation not warm enough and noisy. Woken a couple of times in the night and early in the morning.Italian shower not well thought out as floor took too long to dry and could be slippery especially for older people.

    9IanPosted on: 11-23-2024

One-minute walk to La Traverse for a concert there. Basic but comfortable room. Good sized double bed. Secure and free car parking. Friendly staff. Free warm drink on arriving early was much appreciated!

A couple of comfortable chairs to sit on would have been nice. Instructions on how to order pizza or the Moules Frites which they advertised in the room would have been helpful as the opening hours of their restaurant clashed with the concert times (or open the restaurant earlier and/or stay open later!)

Easy access, ample free parking, and at walking distance from a number of restaurants. The room was comfortable with coffee/tea-making fascilities.

Although advertised with a bar and a restaurant, the bar was closed (no licence) and the restaurant did only serve microwaved food over the weekend.

Perfect for a pre or post Tunnel trip. Clean, comfortable and the staff are superb.

Some of the rooms are a little tired, but for the price they are perfect. The staff seemed to be over stretched but always polite, smiling and helpful.

Nice lady on reception. Clean room. Good secure parking

Stayed in many campanile hotels. I think this was not a good location.

Spacious compound, nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast. All in all better than expected

My expectations were low, but i was pleasantly surprised

We booked the New Generation Double room and were pleasantly surprised. It was comfortable, relatively big and had everything for a good night rest. Bathroom and shower were very good.

The location was not the best. Fortunately the parking was gated and closed at 23h00.

    8MarkPosted on: 8-20-2024

    Ease of access from motorway

Toilet flush leaking. Limited food on a Sunday evening.

    Value for money.

Stayed in a few Campaniles and really liked them. This location was a little like a British bad holiday camp

    9VassilPosted on: 8-5-2024

A topical Campanile hotel. Clean rooms, secure free parking, good breakfast. Great one or two nights when you are travelling. This one is only 30 min from Monet house and the water lilies garden.

    Location, quite, clean, smiling staff

    Hair dryer missing

Location is good, room was very good , clean and comfortable

As per booking, informed them my wife is dairyfree and gluten free, booked breakfast but nothing was available for my wife, shrug of the shoulders is not helpful, evening , steak was tough and very rare, asked for medium, next night I had another steak so I asked for it well done, it's now shoe leather !!!

    6EkaterinaPosted on: 5-12-2024

The location is very green and the rooms are comfy. Their breakfast was quite delicious with eggs, sausages and cheese. The parking is free and secure.

Too expensive for the quality of the toom and facilities. Also, during the night a company of young men were screaming, laughing and having party above our room and we couldn't sleep well. Nobody from the management came go help or tell them to stop all this. I didn't feel safe.

    A Dreadful Experience

The allocated room Room 3, was far too small and had been filled with a large pair of bunk beds for children as well as the double bed. There was no room between the bed and the wall. I asked for a change of room which was refused. The Receptionist was very rude to my wife when she explained that we are both over 80 years of age, he basically said it was not his business and if we didn't like the room he was not changing it. We have been using Campanile hotels for almost 30 years and have never been treated like that before The result was that we refused the room and left
