Lack of cleanliness. The room smelled unclean - especially the comforter, which I chose not to use.

This was an emergency solution, we did not expect much; it fulfilled our requirement to spend a night. The staff was very nice.

The location of the hotel was good.

The carpet had a smell to it, and the coffe vending machine wouldn't give me my coffee after 5 attempts, and even after that I did not get my money back.

The price, it was cheap unfortunately it wasn't cheerful though.

Very dated interior that hasn't been maintained very well, bedroom was pretty disgusting and hasnt even had the basics of a clean done in what must be at least 10 years. Didn't like that we had a room over looking the entrance which seems to also double as a smoking area so when we had our window open we were getting free lung fulls of second hand smoke. There was a lack of decent ventilation in the room as well which meant we needed the window open to cool the room down. Don't believe the website this place has not been renovated at all and if it has they need to ask for their money back. As for the beds the mattress is literally just a bit of foam, not even the good foam like memory foam, no just a bit of foam wrapped in some fabric. Sheets were clean, but the top sheet had holes in it. I could keep on going but I've got about as much enthusiasm as the cleaner who supposedly cleans the rooms so I'll just not bother.

Toilet locks didn't work, only 2 sockets, no plug in sink. No aircon.

The staff were very kind and happy. The room was clean and neat. Free parking onsite.

everything else. Poor facilities, dreadful environment, miniscule shower and toilet. Handbasin in the bedroom, little comfort, access not too easy from and to the autoroute. Would never stay there again.

The room smelled quite strong of a perfume or a cleaning product, but almost everytime I opened the window, someone was smoking at another window. It was very noisy but not because people were loud, it’s just paper walls.Bathrooms and toilets are in a sad state (cheap materials).

Just off the main A13 It had ensuite rooms available

Location was good for stop over before heading to South West France. Good restaurants and amenities nearby. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

As a single female traveller, I didn’t feel comfortable staying in this motel. I didn’t feel unsafe, but there were a lot of men hanging around the entrance smoking when I arrived at 10pm. It’s clearly used by a lot of workmen and it’s obviously great for them, but this wasn’t the hotel for me. Shared unisex bathrooms, thin quilt, no towels. Room smelled of dust, sweat & smoke. Pay a couple of euros more and stay at a Premiere Classe with your own shower and toilet.

Total lack of contact with the staff, I don't know if anyone is in charge there. No invoice, I've been asking for a month, no one answers the phone, no one responds to my emails. I do not recommend!!!

Worst hotel I’ve seen

I arrived for my stay and didn’t even check in, the hotel allows immigrants to live there, very dirty, very full, washing drying everywhere, washing machine on the grass people smoking in the entrance it did not feel safe for me and my grandson to stay in. I stayed in another F1 the day before and was the same I will not be staying in a F1 again

Smelly, dirty and not recommended!

1 Room wasn't booked when we arrived so we had to pay again. The man was really abrupt and blamed Booking.com. The room's smelled horrible and the communal toilets were appalling. I woke up with so many bites, but not sure if from mosquito or bed bugs! The bed linen didnt seem clean and there was a stain on the bedding. We tried to get a drink, but there were no cups in the machine, so we wasted our money. We then tried to buy a coke in the vending machine, it didn't come out, so again wasted money. Clearly, they don't keep thinks stocked up..We definitely would NOT stay again...sorry but this is not a family hotel so shouldn't have family room's.

The person in reception was kind and helpful.

It was not very clean and we have only one operative toilet for more than 15 rooms. The other were out of order or did not have paper. It was very noisy at night.
