Location close to airport. Cleanliness and great breakfast.

Cost for short trip to airport from hotel was 30 euros. Could not regulate temperature in room

Just minutes from Palermo Airport, this oasis was so convenient for our early morning flight. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The evening we arrived we ate dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Magaggiari Hotel Resort.

This is a great resort. All the amenities. The restaurant is fantastic, if a little expensive. nevertheless, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this property. Also, since we had such an early flight (6:10am) they ordered a taxi for us which arrived EXACTLY on time (3:45am). Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!

The restautant prices were a little high, but the food and service were great.

Since we have to get the early flight and no time to sit for breakfast, the hotel give us free breakfast bag, so nice. Appreciate. Also, the room is pretty silence and clean, a lot of free parking lots, very near the airport, perfect!

Property was close to the airport which is what we needed. Rooms were clean, large, with king sized beds.

Decor a little dated and tired, but completely worked for our stay.

Arrived late as we were coming in from Syracuse. Had to get up at 4AM to get to airport on time. Your professional staff arranged our taxi and he was there on time. Didn't have an opportunity to enjoy your property as we were there just to sleep and it was very convenient, given our schedule, to the airport.

Breakfast was very good. Location was good too.

When we checked in the lady at the desk was not very nice. All the other people were, but the lady while we checked in, was not very nice and welcoming at all.

The property has a beach which had chairs and umbrellas. However this year they did not. They suggested I go to Castellmare beach which is 30 min away and was not convenient

Ample sized room and bathroom, friendly staff, clean, nice pool and easy access to Palermo airport. Breakfast was very basic (just OK), had much better experience/options all over Sicily from other stays. Pool drinks were very costly.

Just about 10+ minutes taxi ride to the airport made this an excellent choice for the night before an early morning flight. The restaurant where we had dinner is much more gourmet than we expected, with a very high level of service. The breakfast with its wide range of savory and sweet selections was really excellent. We didn't have time to explore the entire property, but it seemed nice. The staff were helpful and everything went smoothly. The room itself had a bit of a mixed decor, but it was very clean and spacious. If you have heavy luggage as we did, be sure to ask for a ground floor room, which we did and still encountered a few steps in a couple of spots. We would stay here again!

Given that many guests are likely to be staying here before a flight, it would have been nice if the breakfast started at 6 or 6:30 am, instead of 7:00 am, which meant we had a very hurried and abbreviated breakfast.

Nice architecture and gardens, lovely pool, all night desk, tasty breakfast, good coffee, near the airport.

The air-conditioning is not powerful enough to quickly cool the room and the service person at breakfast was trying bravely to meet the needs of too many.

Lovely hotel with good facilities. The pool was closed (not that we were planning to use it). Clean room and nice surroundings.

The room isn't overly sound proof so could hear the neighbours.

We choose hotel for its big beautiful pool. There was no water in the pool. Air conditioner did not work. We called maintenance thermostat never moved one degree cooler. The staff was professional. The bedroom and bathroom were quite large and very clean. Close to airport $35 Euros one way taxi. Not much in walking distance to hotel so it best for a short stay.

This was a one night after arrival late that day. Hotel is really close to airport. Could easily have stayed longer. Location near airport is great. Rooms spacious, quiet and clean. Beds were really comfortable.

The hotel is near the airport in nice grounds and provides secure on site parking which is what we wanted. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful which helped after a long drive. Our room was super : clean & spacious, well furnished with a large bathroom, plenty of hot water, towels, a very comfortable large bed, extra pillows and blankets. Dinner was excellent as was the breakfast with plenty of choices at both meals. A good wine list and knowledgable staff. Sadly we didn’t have time to use the other many facilities here but we plan to come back to enjoy them!

This hotel was just what we needed. Brilliant location if you need early access to the airport. The unexpectedly outstanding dinner made a fabulous last night to our five week European vacation. Breakfast was also great. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. If I ever return to Sicily I would consider leaving from Palermo airport just to return to this hotel.

Nothing could have been better.

They have a very nice bar area where we had a drink after checking into our room. Very efficient staff and the grounds on the property are lush with vegetation

It would be nice to have some dinner options. Maybe the bar area can offer a lighter menu than the restaurant which had several course meals with starters that I couldn't even pronounce. I wanted to eat lighter so I ordered the linguine with scallops and they were all chopped up making the dish a little unappealing. Very elaborate dishes that I didn't find easy to choose from off the menu.

Great staff. Excellent restaurant. Luigi was wonderful at the restaurant. Grounds were very beautiful.
