We found a bug in our room. The room was dark and had unpleasant odor. The hotel is very outdated.

Pricy for what they offer: we stayed for 50% less in Cefalu in a BB and breakfast was included. Common areas and big part of the equipment are in bad condition, elevator must be from the 60. Room smelled badly when we entered. Internet password in the room was incorrect, we had to go back to reception to ask correct one… I could continue.

Great facilities and staff! The breakfast was also so good and included! Accommodating to Americans and English-speakers.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast had reasonable selection. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

The staff were so nice & upgraded me to a nicer, bigger room. Courtyard is gorgeous place for breakfast.

Front room was noisy near the street. Breakfast was just average. WiFi wasn't good & tv reception was poor.

We booked the room for the first night after the wedding based on beautiful pictures available on Booking.com

On arrival we got different room from the one we booked. We were so tired after the wedding day, that we had zero energy to fight about changing the room. Also we expected to have a bottle of champagne or some sweets because the hotel was informed that this our first night after the wedding. Unfortunately there was nothing in the room and in the fridge were sone leftovers of drinks from the previous guests.

The location is quite good. The cleaning staff was very dedicated and did their job really well! The room was very spacious and well conditioned.

Firstly, breakfast was terrible. It was just a few slices of ham and cheese from a supermarket every morning. Additionally, they had boiled eggs, yougurts and jams. Nothing more was there. None of freshly made produce. I would not call it breakfast at all. Only coffee was good. Secondly, they mention that they have car parking. It is not true, the hotel itself doesn't have any parking. You just need to park on the nearby street. Thirdly, kitchen cutlery was absent. Only a few forks and knifes. I had to ask for glasses and plates. Once I asked for a bottle opener for wine and they didn't have it in a hotel at all. Additionally, they didn't have an ironing desk and iron was not available all the time.

Great room and breakfast. Nice little location a little set back from the main town but still on the coastline.

The hotel is in a good position. Very clean. Very generous and varied breakfast and a good variety of gluten free products.The staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Milazzo.

the staff weee so accommodating and friendly, never too much trouble for anything. the location was wonderful too. the garden area was so nice and full of blooming flowers with areas to sit which was so lovely and peaceful.Although the decor was tired it was very quirky and reminded me of somewhere from the 1970’s hence it being reasonable. Air. conditioning was super!

Firstly nowhere to sit and have a drink inside in the air conditioned bar area, everything was served outside which is a lovely area but there was a heatwave so there was nowhere else to go. The private beach is no longer available.Also there was no kettle or coffee machine which was disappointing.

Good location near to the castle and nice seaview from the room. The hotel style and the rooms very uniqe and absolutely nice. We would like to go back on summer.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade because there were a lot of rooms left, such a great gesture! We had a great stay here
