    Pros +

    • The staff were friendly and very helpful. The woman working at the front desk the first morning gave us a recommendation to walk to Capo Milazzo. It was worth the walk and we had the most amazing day. Then the last morning we asked for late check out at the last minute and she was very accommodating.
    • Beautiful ocean view, excellent room layout (spacious & well-designed), super friendly & accommodating staff!
    • Can't get a better location that this in Milazzo if you want a beach front hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and very spacious.

    Cons -

    • We enjoyed it very much, so there is nothing that comes to mind.
    • Superb in every way! Can't think of 1 single thing I didn't like. Everything exceeded my expectations!
    • Breakfast could be a little better, but understandable considering this is a boutique hotel and doesn't have the volume of guests. Also the fact that there were wedding functions held there on the weekends making the restaurant unavailable for guests. Also there's not much to do at night time as it's away from the main night life areas and restaurants. Considering there's nowhere else to eat in the areas at night within walking distance they should make part of their restaurant available for guests to dine in the evenings.

the room in the main building was amazing!

The room outside the main building is disgusting, old dirty and has spider webs. would not recommend.

The location is paradise! You are on the beach while also in a beautiful hotel with two gorgeous pools! This place is stunning, very comfy room, helpful staff.

The pool area and garden are lovely, which is the only reason i didn’t rate this stay even lower

I do not normally write reviews but I feel like I have been pretty deceived by the reviews here and Booking keeps sending me reminders, so I thought I would share my disappointing experience, especially since this was our honeymoon (though we never mentioned this). We arrived before 3pm (check in time) and the room was not ready yet, which is fair enough (despite of me emailing the day before that we’d be coming around 11), but we eventually had to wait until about 3:30pm in unbearable heat. We wanted to order some snacks whilst we were waiting (two sandwiches with average taste and coffee), which took about 45 mins to arrive and we had gotten into the room by then. When we entered it, I couldn’t believe that this is what we had paid £1,500 (more than £200 a night) for and I had instant regrets - the room was super outdated, the bed was squeaky, the shower drain was slightly blocked so we had to stop the water running every few minutes, wall paint was chipping off and the door curtain was constantly in the way as the plug that was supposed to hold it was just about to fall out from the wall. The breakfast is also quite poor - 90% the buffet consists of cakes and there is nothing savoury if you don’t count bread. There are a few items on the menu which you can order (2 sweet options and not even sure if a fruit salad is considered a breakfast and 4 or 5 savoury ones). There is no fresh vegetables or fruit in the buffet apart from a few apples and peaches. I stayed in cheaper places that were much nicer, had an amazing breakfast buffet and had more value for the money. In addition, there has been a religious festival for 3 or 4 days right in front of the hotel so people were unable to park in the public parking, which is in front of the hotel too, but the hotel has got its own parking as well, which is for additional cost of €15 per night.

    A vista apenas!

I was charged twice at this hotel! They debited my credit card at the time of booking, via PayPal. And at the time of checkout, they charged me again as per the payment receipt. I need to be refunded! Unbelievable, dishonesty!

Super clean room and excellent breakfast

Disappointed to find our room was in the building next door, had to study the small print to confirm this, not a boutique room more antique!

    Location and service

Totally overpricedBad taste in terms of interior deco No charm, no identity, very generic

Wow.. amazing hotel with amazing views. Very modern and super clean, nice size rooms and the breakfast was 1st class

The view from our room was like nothing else, capturing Castillo de Milazzo, Mt Etna and the lush bay we were on too.

The only issue I had experienced was a minor one, but the menu in the restaurant, I feel could be more diverse and cater for everyone. But the staff were excellent at making sure everyone was happy and had something to enjoy, which we did. Every meal I had there was amazing.

    10TracyPosted on: 6-9-2024

The view was stunning and the property was sophisticated with unique areas including the garden, restaurant and sitting areas.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Beautiful roof terrace, rooms & views of the sea and lovely breakfast and a walk up to capo milazzo from the side (steep to begin with) - worth it around a 8k loop

There are no restaurants around other than the hotel restaurant (there is a pizza place but sadly it was closed). The hotel restaurant for dinner was overpriced (€50 for some bang average sea bass and lettuce) and the food was the least delicious we have had in Sicily. Instead walk into the old town for pizza and views of the castle. Overall the hotel is great and breakfast was fantastic so they can rustle up good food.

Modern seaside hotel, spacious bright bedroom, nice terrace with great view.

Very well maintained and classic stylish decor. Very natural, quiet and relaxing. Great chef and bartender at the restaurant. Nice beach . Thank you!

We needed more time to stay longer . The path to the beach could be improved , but not an issue.

This is an amazing place. In a more posh location this would cost many times the price. Rooms are huge and elegant. The location at road’s end across from the beach is amazing. The staff is excellent. The restaurant is an extraordinary value: deliciously and elegantly prepared food in a gorgeous setting with waitstaff that is top notch. Do not miss the dinner experience. One pool is set in a garden such as I’ve never seen at a hotel, the other on the roof. I’m an old man, have stayed in many hotels: this is quite a special place.

    Absolutely nothing.

The hotel garden and breakfast are really nice!

We paid around 200€ per night and got an awful room. The hotel overall is nice but the room they gave us was an absolute joke. I don’t get it how a hotel can give such a room to their guests for that price….

    10UnknownPosted on: 9-28-2023

The hotel was superb. The gardens were amazing, and everything was very clean. Our room overlook the sea, and it was tranquil and beautiful. I could have stayed for a week. I swim in the sea and walked during sunset. Magnificent ! Peppe the manager was more than helpful. The best!

    Nothing!
